Order was wrong after an hour of waiting and it was going to be 45 minutes for them to bring out the right one. The girl on the phone seemed like it was her first day. Really bad experience/customer service.

Got no pizza and refused refund, including tip. Used the same app I always use and my pizza didn't arrive. Called and was told my phone nber was associated with wrong address. Always got here just fine before and my address is correct on app. Why no call asking for right address, no looking at address on app? Manager refused to give his name or corporate phone number. Now I cannot order there anymore for fear of spit (or worse) on my pizza. Good luck complaining to customer service on app. Runs you around in circle.

Never remembers anything extra ordered. Ask for and pay for extra sauces. Never get them. Ask for pizza to be cooked well done and it comes doughy. I was double charged once. Paid with card they showed up and said card didn't go thru so I needed to pay cash. Next day money came out of bank. Offered me free pizza instead of refund. This store is one of the worst Domino's to order from.

They literally picked up the phone and hanged up on me twice, while they still opened for an hour. Bruh if you cant deliver and make a pizza under 30 minutes, pfft just fire them ?

Ordered $30 worth of pizza from this location online, I get there and the cashier advises me she can't take $50 bills. There was no warning online or on the exterior the building. OK, no big deal but the manager makes an 'exception for me this one time' like I should feel guilty. Unsure of why it was blown out of proportion but I left to realize a part of my order was missed anyway. Went back and figured it out no problem but I'm still wondering why I was treated like a criminal for having a $50 bill. Terrible service in my opinion not that I expect much else from Domino's.

I'm assuming the guy who answered was the night manger there has horrible attitude I had called to let them know they had messed up our order and he answered the phone I let him know and the attitude he gave back was rediculous I work in the food industry I made sure I let the girl who took our order in the store know my order I even double checked and he was so nice in the store mind you a grown man not a highschooler and he still tried making it sound like it was my fault even though she shook her head that she got my order never again will I order from that store if that's the way I'm going to be treated.

They make good pizzas at this dominoes, but sometimes they mess up the orders. Definitely check your order before the delivery man leaves or before you leave the store for a pick-up.

Pizza is great being billed 6x for the pizza at 170.00 and then a seventh for tge price of the pizza and tip at 33.00 totaling over 200.00 and then being told they dont know what to tell me call corporate after I spent 2 hours on the phone with my bank getting the transaction canclelled was a bit much..

Never a good experience, delivery drivers are always rude and stupid. tell them where to go exactly and still get lost what a joke

Overall, pizza is great. The customer service, attention to detail was a bit lacking. It didn't seem like the details were read from my online order using the app. I asked for curbside delivery to the tailgate and the guy came directly to the driver window. He forgot the salad. Then he didn't bring the two dressings as indicated on the order detail. Perhaps it was good he came to the window. It would have been zero stars if I got all the way home with no salad and dressing. But I should be able to trust my order is carried out as requested. Maybe there's too much pressure to meet that 2-minute bell. The tortuous part was smelling that delicious pizza all the way home and not being able to dig in. ?
