I don't know how they can remember all thoughts orders,. Food has always been good but they need to work on being a little nicer to the people we all understand we have a homeless problem here they get hungry too.... Direct yes mean no. Maybe find another approach or have them clean up parking lot...... Or a change jar for people to through there loose change for someone else that may be short a few cent or for someone that is so hungry they won't stop pestering people because they know no other way to survive .....
I've only been here a few times, it's always been so so. The whammy burger was great today, but the onion rings were not. The onion rings tasted like old burnt oil, but they were crunchy. The ice cream sandwiches were good, they only had the macadamia ones, and I'm glad they did. The service was great, they had our order out pretty fast.
I always stop here when I'm in town. It's not in the best part of town but it's worth it if you're eating on a budget.
Why are you guys closed on Sundays??! It’s the one time I can go and whenever I am craving it I can’t get it because for some reason you’re closed!!? Please open up again on Sundays!! We used to go every Sunday after church and it was a fun ritual growing up. But can’t do that anymore. Went one evening to get a meal. It was very busy and short staffed so I didn't stick around to order. But it's famous for hamburgers and fries. Not to mention the amazing milk shakes as well. I was on a time crunch so I needed to go, but I've been here many times. It's my husband's favorite place to goIf you like the greasy smell and taste of your food, then this is where you try it. Sorry but it's true.?♀️ They offer other options as well like a chicken sandwich and fish and fries. Drinks and treatsYou order at a window, and they just call your name when ready. You can only eat outside or your car. You pick.
Haven't been here for 10- years. But make sure I come when passing through town. Still hands down the best burger I've ever had! Give me a couple Whammy Burgers and I'm in heaven!By the way the place is a lot cleaner now. Bonus!
I gave it a 3 because of the SIZE of the French Fries. Small is a understatement. For a $1.95 using the smallest fry bag made is a rip off. I have been eating there since the mid 1970's and other places and this is by far the smallest and highest there is for a small fry. That I know of anyway. A bit more greasy than before but the same flavor.The Whammy...it hasn't changed, it's not supposed to and with today's inflation is a fair price.Would I recommend it? Yes of course, eating there for o over 50 years I must like it.

Last year I was stranded in spokane and my phone only lasted 30 or so minutes. As I basically aimlessly wandered I ended up pretty hungry. Luckily my natural compass knows to lead me towards cheap burgers. Upon ordering I was made aware that my cards balance wasn’t satisfactory for my two cheeseburgers and a small fry. Without embarrassing me the guy working the counter signaled to presumably his lead, she returned a non verbal cue allowing him to give me the burgers free of charge. Faith in humanity restored.
Use to love this place. But the past few years the hamburger's don't taste right. almost like a rotten flavor. And the milk shakes taste off as well. So i stopped going .
