I visited this particular Denny's and asked about a breakfast that they don't serve anymore. Chad, my waiter, accommodated my order. He didn't have to do that. They really make you feel good to be enjoying an early morning meal. I'll definitely be going back and I think Chad needs an extra 0 added to his paycheck. Above and beyond hospitality!
Customer service sucked. I'm pretty sure the young girl was more busy flirting with all the guy coworkers, while she pretty much ignored us the whole time. I also noticed that she would flirt with the guy customers as well if they didn't have a spouse very unprofessional I don't care how old you are customer service is very important and that my friends was definitely worth the 20¢ tip they received. The steak was 98% gristle which was so hard to chew and definitely hurt my teeth chewing it. I wouldn't recommend going there unless they hire a better staff.
Kind of shocked when I first notice a clean and tidy parking lot. Especially when its connected to a truck stop and hotel. The layout was customized to the local area with pictures and murals reflecting the indigenous wildlife and scenery.I ordered a slam burger with fries/fry sauce. Burger was fresh but really dry. Overcooked and not well seasoned. Fries were hot and delicious. For an appetizer, I had mozzarella sticks w/marinara.The cheese sticks were moist and cooked in recently filtered oil. While the marinara (which probably is received in shipment frozen) was actually one of the better ones I have had in a while. But timing was another issue.With only one server working the front and the manager assisting the BOH (Back of the house, cooking), she had a lot going on. But was attentive and did well despite the steady business. My advice would be: When the respective manager gets the cook(s) caught up, come and run some food (to avoid long ticket times) and do some table touches to see how the guests are doing.But still a good experience.
Dirty tables dorty floor hostess wont pay attention to you unless a table of teenagers sets you in back and forgets about you
Haven't been in a Danny's in 30 years. Now I remember why. Stick with pancakes or French toast. Service was good. They did have to pull the bartender to help with our group of 9. By the time we left it looked like most of the tables we're full. Clean place though.
It was bit crowded and only one waiting staff was there so it took sometime to place my order.The food was served quickly and the chicken was bit on the sweeter side and I don’t think the chicken was fresh either.I think I should have stick to the usual omelette at Dennys.
I usually have a positive experience at this Dennys but unfortunately we ordered on grub hub and the food was not good. I’m not picky at all but the portions have decreased and the food I got was extremely salty. Like someone poured salt on it salty. It was not good. I will not be ordering again anytime soon.
Food was spot on, the place was super clean, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top top notch. Overall it's a fast friendly and fun place to take the fam any time of day or night!
Terrible service. Where was the manager? The employees were defensive and not nice. Gone there for years. Will never go back again.
This particular Dennys was exceptional and the waitress was friendly and prompt. We shared a skillet dish which was fine, and the coffee was free flowing. Not all Dennys are this good.
