This place is fantastic. Really good food and drinks! Lunch or dinner you can't go wrong! The HOLY tacos have sooooo much flavor. My favorite!
Worst food I’ve ever had. My food was burnt, and my boyfriend was cold and soggy. Service was TERRIBLE and no one would help me besides the bar tender, who was the only one busting his butt. He was great, but everyone else was so rude and unhelpful. Not only, I whiteness a guy grab a dirty towel wipe down a table and then get chips for a table and not wash his hands. DISGUSTING!!! Totally want a refund and DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
Some of the tacos are good, others are a miss. I was super excited for the pork belly tacos, but there was no meat and only fat.
The service was slow, the gal had 0- to no personality. We ordered a burrito with green sauce, it showed up to the table with red sauce.. wasn't offered to fix it or asked if anything else was ok. I ordered steak nachos, tasted like a salt lick.. and half the steak was cold the other was Luke warm.. it wasn't edible by any means. Again, our waitress didn't ask how things were. Couldn't eat more than 5 chips before I was done with the whole deal. She finally asked how it was while she collected our dishes, I said it was awful. Never offered to fix it or that she'd get a managerI won't be back
Slow service, my rice and beans were cold, the cheese didn't even start to melt on the beans, but the holy taco was very good even warm
Just. Fantastic. Presentation was great. Tasted good. Love their salsa.
My husband and I went in for lunch November 18th. We’ve been wanting to go and see what this location was all about. We were extremely disappointed. There were only two employees working, so a little short staffed. I totally understand that. However, it wasn’t busy, we had to ask for menus and after we placed our order we started hearing typical kitchen noise and then dead silence. The cook and who I assume was the manager on duty went and sat down and messed around on their phones. It took about 20-30 minutes to get our food and it was cold. Very little flavor, very over cooked and the items that had been fried tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in a while. They never came back and asked how anything was. It took almost as long to get the check. We definitely won’t be back for a second try.
De Leon's north is more intimate than the one on Hamilton street in the GU district. Service is just as friendly and personable. Food is the same great Mexican deliciousness!
Terrible service terrible food. Manager never called me back or responded to message. I could see that they read it. My refried beans were so cold and she grabbed them and threw them in the microwave and still they were cold! Food was dry. This is not typical service I usually receive. I go to another place and get great service!
First time ordering from here and although the food was tasty, we were very disappointed that the chips were all smashed and hardly useable for dipping. Also, ordered guacamole, and were given one plastic 4 oz container for $6. way too pricy for that amount of guacamole. Really regret not going to Rancho Viejo instead.
