I enjoy this location. I have had pleasant experiences, but the horrible drive thru. This needs to be fixed. Having cars parking on the way through the drive thru SUCKS. Depending on what car I have, it can be difficult to get through if the cars don’t park all the when in. Plus, why is there even parking there? The design needs to change!
Pretty fast service they just remodeled and everything looks great and who doesn't love ice cream and yes for me.
I usually never leave bad reviews, but my cheeseburger was not only stale, the bun was hard as a rock . come here almost everyday.
Used to be good, I've had orders remade about 10 times this year and maybe 30 last year due to the cooks either adding the wrong stuff to my burgers, Forgetting fries/Burning cheese curds, Even forgetting the cheese on the DBL Combo SEVERAL TIMES and even refusing to fix them till they see the reciept, Absolutely a joke at this point when you somehow forget CHEESE
Drive through was quick and the ice cream great, actually have good burgers in my opinion.
I love this place. When ordering food inside the restaurant they are great! Food is excellent. Who ever owns the franchise or who ever manages the place obviously pays no mind to customers on foot. They DO NOT SHOVEL their sidewalk which is their responsibility in Spokane. I think it's very inconsiderate and cheap of the franchise owner to NOT SHOVEL THEIR SIDEWALK. Maybe the manager or franchise owner should get a shovel and clear the sidewalk of snow themselves and set an example.
Great old style fountain fair. Simple menu, great specials and delicious ice cream treats everyone will love. Seasonal ice cream/milkshake treats and ice cream cakes. It would rate higher. It is pricey compared to most offerings in its class.

Great service, nice staff and my burger and fries were tasty. Our blizzard and chocolate sundae was delicious!!
I get the number 4 which is a 1/2 pound cheeseburger. They don't enforce the mask policy. I really like that fact. Kid friendly and the most important thing is they have blizzards.
