Amazing atmosphere; delicious food; excellent service. A trifecta of attributes that ensures your time at this restaurant is time well spent. I have enjoyed every meal I’ve had here and I feel that means something, as I’m typically a very picky eater. Everything has been cooked perfectly and portioned well. Presentation is on point.
ambiance, food and drinks were all excellent! perfect place for an intimate dinner!
Most amazing view of the city right above the river ! Great service, great food, love it!!!
I have been going here for 35 years truly a classic my awesome restaurant Always busy reservations recommended lots of parking Prices are reasonable for the quality of foods you receive I recommend the crusted Brie appetizer I also had crusted scallops really incredible Servers are always well informed and trained
All was great, getting a near waterfall view, ordered the 40 day aged steak, they were not particularly tender, the potatoes were Luke warm and the asparagus was cold, the waitress did not check our table during our time, because of this we did not get a second round of drinks, I even moved the empty glasses to the very table edge in the hope she would notice, the flavours of the food were great, and my wife got a complimentary dessert as the booking was for her Birthday dinner, crème brûlée was very good, overall a nice venue but the main meal at $39 a plate did not meet our expectations.
Fantastic location, great atmosphere, great decor, incredible attentive service…but there it ends. My wife’s prime rib was great, but my 9 oz Filet was comparable to eating a chewy sirloin, and did not even look like a tenderloin cut. I couldn’t help but notice that someone at a table next to us was served a normal “round” tenderloin, which I learned was a 7 oz Filet. I reluctantly complained about the poor cut of my steak, and was extremely happy to have our awesome server to have the entire item removed from our bill…very impressive! Server told me a long sorted story about the 7oz & 9 oz they serve…. which explained the difference in appearance and quality, needless to say I recommend to NEVER oder the 9 oz Filet at this restaurant.
Just popped in with no reservation. Staff was eager to help. Got us seated at the bar. Staff were flying around in a very organized chicken with its head cut off. I was amazed at how they rocked it. Had the fish and chips, wife had clam chowder. Yummy. Will let our Canadian friends know about this place.
This restaurant overlooks the falls in the middle of Spokane - quite dramatic. the wait staff was great - friendly, fast and helpful. Food was OK - shrimp were overcooked
We decided to try it out for restaurant week since it's a Spokane staple. The space is large, though fairly crowded and very hot. The service was quite good for how busy they were. We both got the Caesar salad, which was extremely good - I'm a huge fan of excessive garlic and lemon in my Caesar dressing and this had both. I got the prime rib, rare; it was cooked perfectly and came with fresh horseradish hot enough to make me cry. My companion got the salmon and scallops, both of which were moist, flavorful, and well cooked. The star of the show was the dessert. I ordered the RW chocolate cake, but they were out and substituted their other (standard?) chocolate cake. It was absolutely incredible. I never want another dessert again. It's super dark chocolate with a molten middle, extra rich, extra creamy, just delicious from top to bottom. There's a reason the place is so well known and I'm excited to try the rest of their menu.
We were celebrating an 80th birthday. Food was delicious and our waitress was the bomb!!!!
