The food was decent. I gave it 3 stars because I wouldn't mind eating here again. But itwasn't good enough to wait as long as we did. It was really busy. The line went all the way from the counter to the door. I had never been to chipotle to compare service to other times, but I was told it's like this every time another nearby restaurant randomly closes. It took almost 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. We were patiently chatting while we waited so we didn't notice why until we got to the counter. The poor guy was working to create each order, with no help, one customer at a time. That might explain why he didn't seem happy to answer questions or have conversation. As I was waiting for the last piece of our order to be made, I was standing by the register and someone came up from the back, where there were literally six people standing around joking with each other. Guy at the register paused to think about every item he was ringing up (I bet he would've been able to work through his questions if he were there while my order was being made). When he was done ringing us up, he returned to the back to leave the guy at the counter making orders by himself. If any one of those people in back were to help the one guy working in the whole restaurant, that line would be moving a ton faster.
Walked into the restaurant at lunchtime on a Saturday. Staff informed us that we could not give them our order in person (even though we were standing there… in person) nobody else in line. Dine-in was open but in person ordering was not? They wanted us to download their app to place order. Not kidding! I was just looking to order lunch not download an app/set up passwords/ get my emails blown up. What is wrong with these places. They refused to take our order by conversation. So we just left and went to Qdoba.
Employee didn't know they had keto chicken or steak bowls. I ordered three stek tacos. Barelt any chees or lettuce but wow they were drenched in hot sauce and I mean really hot hot sauce. Sad to say but I would rather eat at taco bell.
Having everything broken down an hour before close is not a good look. As I was picking up my pick up order I watched 4 people walk in then walk out because they thought it was closed. Rude customer service from the gal that was bringing out the food from orders that were getting finished in the back. Instead of them trying to be efficient I’m watching them eat as customers and delivery drivers are waiting for orders.
Fajita veggies are only for people who order online apparently. Been going to chipotle for a long time and dealing with a lot of service issues. Watching them cook my favorite part of the meal and tell me I can’t have it is quite honestly horrendous service, and I won’t be going back ever again.
My 1st time in this restaurant. The 2 ladies that help were so nice, I asked them to make me something they like if they were me. Well they did not disappoint.Good job Chipotle.
Two thumbs down.Chipotle app messed up and sent my order to a Chipotle in Oregon and now I locked out of my app. Not very happy with Chipotle right now. No help phone number on their website, only an email form to send to them. Definitely not user friendly.
First time eating here. Very very good. Loved all the options available. I had a burrito the size of a plate. It was excellent. My granddaughter had a bowl with everything she wanted, she ate it all! We were both very happy and impressed. Love it, would definitely go back for more!!!!
The genius girl working today put all my tacos into the same foil and mashed them into one solid ball of mush (which was also completely cold) that was a ghastly eating experience, but I'm sure nobody at this location cares, it's completely evident. Won't be giving you any more of my money though.
I love Chipotle but this location is by far the worst I have ever been to. For the first few times I understood and just assumed covid was taking its toll, but the issues with this resturant don't seem to go away. Service is slow and often times you can only order virtualy which is never ready on time (frequently 30 mins or more late). They are constantly out of popular menu items and their portioning is wildly inconsistent. The most recent visit there they had none of their salsas, no sour cream, and no chicken but neglected to put a sign on the door as to inform their customers before they spend 10 mins in line. I strongly recommend just going somewhere local over this Chipotle location.
