We've been hearing good things about this spot and finally stopped by for takeout. We got the crispy fish with prickly ash oil and orange sauce + pork chow mein combination dinner w/ general tso's chicken. I loved that the fish came with perfectly cooked broccoli and that the orange sauce wasn't too sweet. My husband really enjoyed the combination dinner. I stole more than a few bites of noodles!Service was fast and friendly. :)
Spent $70 for sushi and unfortunately it was not worth it, at all. For the price it's really nothing spectacular, pretty bland, and they boxed a fried roll with a California roll....What sense does that make? The fried roll and tempura shrimp had no texture, just overall disappointed. It's probably fine to get just a simple roll with dinner but definitely not a place where you want to drop that kind of money on just sushi.
I love the food here, but am really disappointed that a $17 order of a sushi roll only comes with 8 small pieces. I might as well have got a roll that comes with 12 from Huckleberries for half the price. They must be trying to save money. Be mindful of the sushi order prices vs quantity. On the other hand, i got way more edamame than i expected.
General Tso's Chicken, AFTER I'VE STUFFED MYSELF !! This is the leftovers, and a pound of white rice still left. Worth the 19.95, I'll be eating this for days, could have fed four people.
I'm stunned that this place has as high of a rating as it does. Ordered the chicken and broccoli and orange chicken and I feel terribly sick after eating it. The presentation was atrocious. The containers were leaking upon delivery and the food itself looked like left overs warmed up and the rice containers provided with the meals were half full. Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Also the price was astronomically high for the quality of food provided.
This is my second time here. So far I feel comfortable. The food is ok and comforting, I had chow mein and spicy tuna roll. Had to add spicy to my noodles it was really lacking flavor. Presentation was good. Spicy tuna wasn't very spicy. But I like it medium hot. All in all I'll come back to try more dishes. Good date night place
My wife and I have been talking about this place for quite sometime and tonight we finally visited. We dined in and arrived around 6:30. The restaurant was about halfway full and we were seated right away. The restaurant had an open floor plan and average decorations. Nothing too fancy but a nice feel.We ordered the crunchy sushi roll, hot garlic chicken, and Mongolian beef. The waitress let us know that there would be be about a 10-15 minute wait on the sushi roll. We said that was okay. About 3 minutes after we ordered, the waitress came back and apologized for how long it was taking and she brought us some soup on the house. It was delicious. About five minutes after she delivered the soup, she came back, apologized and gave us free soda. A few minutes later, our entrees came out. My wife and I looked at each other thinking our meal didn’t take long to come out at all.The meal itself was delicious. The sushi roll was very good and our entrees were large, hot, and tasty. The service was very, very good as our waitress was friendly and prompt. We will be visiting again soon.We also noticed that throughout our meal, the front of the restaurant stayed busy with take out orders. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Five stars for sure.
Delicious...was a great dining experience! The staff was outstanding! Will definitely be [email protected]
I ordered a very simple order. A California roll, Spider roll, and edamame. The edamame was very cold, dry and shriveled, and mushy. Like they were sitting in water for over an hour before they boxed it up. I called to try and tell them that they messed up EDAMAME. One of the easiest things ever to make at this type of restaurant. The person that I talked to didn’t care. I told her that I was very upset and that this has happened every time I order. As I like sushi, I order it almost every week. So I told her since she kept not listening to me and interrupting me, that she lost a valuable customer because her chef that makes the food fucked yo and she was t going to tell him. My spider roll has brown avocado in it and not fully cooked crab. I’m passed these people tried to kill me with their food. I don’t understand how people can go on with making and GIVING OUT poorly made and might even have health hazards like this. My sushi was very warm when I got it. So I’m very upset and will not be wasting my money at a place that doesn’t care what the hell they give out to customers
I ordered sweet and sour chicken today. All I got was some small chunks of fried chicken and a side container of red sweet sauce. This doesn't meet the standard of what I've had before at other Chinese Restaurants. Their sweet and sour chicken included pineapple, green bell peppers and was in a sauce.
