I've tried this place 3 times since they opened, and I have been disappointed every time. Their donuts are flat and taste like bad oil. They leave a nasty taste in your mouth. Even grocery store donuts are FAR superior, and they don't charge $3 per pastry. Skip this place and drive a little farther to donut parade!

They’re hit or miss. One donut will be good, but the other will be clearly a day old and almost inedible. That any donut place sells day old donuts, even half a day old donuts, is reason enough to me to never go. And the customer service isn’t great either. All three times I’ve gone in they seem like they don’t want me there lol. So we should all give them what they want and just stop going.

Good donuts but bad customer service. Called to inquire about a custom donut for my daughters birthday, woman on phone was very curt and rude. Didn’t seem willing to help or have a desire to try to make reasonable accommodations to help me given the short notice of needing before Thursday (just a single donut). My fault for waiting too long but just overall poor customer service and it’s not the first interaction I have had there that hasn’t been stellar. I’ll be taking my business to Retro Donuts

I hadn't been impressed in the past but thought I'd give it another try. Today I went in and got 2 maple bars, to say I'm disappointed is a understatement!! The dough tasted burnt, the icing was hard and crunchy as well as the donut too. I will not waste my money here in future. Now I remember why I choose other donut places in town.

On the morning of Friday, Jan. 28, 2022, I experienced Casual Friday Donuts in the Spokane Valley for the first time. I went inside to place my order and was assisted by Audrey who was really nice and helpful. Because the old fashioned donut I purchased was small, she added an additional old fashioned donut to our box at no extra charge. In addition to the old fashioned donut I also picked out a maple bar, chocolate sprinkle (called a “Homer” in honor of the Simpsons), apple fritter, and a raised donut filled with a peanut butter-type icing. All donuts have their own prices and my order totaled $14.95.I brought the donuts home and presented them to my wife as it was her birthday. She was really pleased but graciously shared them with me. I tried the raised donut, the apple fritter, and the maple bar. All three donuts were delicious, fresh, and filling. The raised donut was especially filling and the peanut butter icing was a nice touch. Believe it or not, the maple bar was probably my favorite. Overall we were satisfied with Casual Friday Donuts. Of course you are going to pay more than you would at a grocery store bakery but for a special treat every now and then I think that is okay. Our family tradition is to always pick up donuts on the morning of birthdays so we will return to Casual Friday.

A quick stop at Casual Friday Donuts on Division St. Friendly staff, Really good donuts, the chocolate/Oreo and M&M donuts are huge! The best one though was the Coca-Cola glazed donut. I got it because it was something different, glad I did. Not too sweet, and definitely tastes like the pop.Get there early!

I bought their vegan donuts today. They were hard and seemed day old. Drip coffee was lukewarm as was the personality of the fellow who took our order at the window. Bought donuts there a few months ago with the same outcome. But after this time I won't be going back. Too bad, too. I do get donut cravings. Guess I'll have to wait til I go back to Missoula to Veere donuts. Now those are AMAZING and do not disappoint. Too bad it's so far.

The donuts were average, nothing special besides bright colors. The service was awful and she kept constantly asking what we wanted. We told her that we were still looking. She was acting like it was rush hour when it was only me and my husband. Then we asked for a coffee and she pointed at the wrong menu and didn't care to guide us. She wasn't even wearing her mask properly. One of the few good things was that they had military discount. Other then that, we will not be returning.

Went into store finally after passing so many times. It was Veterans Day so was going to purchase approximately 10 dozen to be dropped off at local Veterans home. I was very excited after looking at online menu. When I walked into store there was maybe a half a tray of donuts. (I actually thought it was a messy display) I asked if they had others and was quickly snapped at "no this is it" so to be kind I picked 2 donuts out. The not so friendly gal that put the donuts in the bag also handled my money with same gloves on. I was completely disgusted. Needless to say they went straight into garbage.

The girl who took my order was so kind :) rly yummy donuts and cider
