Our experience here was not great. To start, we had to ask for things several times. And we were never offered any refills on our drinks. My tamale was a completely uncooked pile of goo. They offered to make a new one and I agreed... only to get another undercooked one.3 of my kids ordered food with fries as a side and the fries were raw as well. But probably worst of all the highchair i was given for my infant to sit in was absolutely DISGUSTING.It was sticky and I literally scraped off caked on food and build up with my fingernail..I will say they did take my meal cost off our bill, but honestly my husbands dinner was the only edible food.We used to come here alot, but won't be back.
They were very friendly and very attentive. The food had lots of flavor and the drink's were great, they have several flavor option's for thier lemonade and we never had to ask for refills. The atmosphere is pleasant and warm and if you listen you can hear the staff singing to the music that is playing which we thought was great and enjoyed it. The lighting is low like a summer evening sunset which it makes the dinning feel more calm, instead of bright and over lit like some restaurants. We will be returning again, and choose this restaurant over Azteca.
Only if it would give a very negative zero. DONT GO HERE IF YOU'RE DEADLY ALLERGICOF SOMETHING OR IF U WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL even the owner. I had no problems before this year. Whatever happened to the good employees that worked here should come back. My mother and I bought 100.00 to go order. We asked specifically for no guacamole because my family was deadly allergic. Then to find out they put it in ALL of our meals. it was in the taco salad all hidden under the mountain of lettuce. In the sour cream and in all the foods. So I kindly And spoke with a lady server and told her about the gauc and she kindly apologized and gave us a rain check for 3 meals. So my parents stopped by yesterday and grabbed our free meals. And all of it was all messed up the taco salad shell was miss shaped to where it broke. There was not a lot of meat hardly any beans. There was just tiny bits of lettuce and 3 literally 3 tomatoes and 2 giant scoops of sour cream. Nasty gross. my mom called back and some male employee I'm guessing was the owner by the way he spoke to me got on the phone and laughed When my mom told him the meals were screwed Up once again. And was rude and hung up. Zero customer service. So I called this morning demanded to speak with a manager. The manager was very very very useless before I could get a complaint out he goes can't help u and transfer me to I guess the owner. I tried to tell him The full complaint and he interrupt Me and told me basically I was unpleaseable because they can't get a order correct. Then to start going on about false stuff that was not correct and yet they charged us for the free meal because it showed the charges. Plus I told him about the employees and he hung up. This place is a joke and a embarrassment.
We've been going here for years. Food was good. However, when I got my bill I was more than disappointed. I ordered a house margarita with an extra shot and was charged $16.50. I questioned the waiter and he confirmed the price. This drink is normally $8.50. They charged $8 for the one extra shot. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
We had a good time and the food was great along with the service I give it 3 cause I've ate way better Mexican food in Shreveport Louisiana

Absolutely amazing, authentic food! They also make amazing drinks and are not afraid to make them strong.
Refried beans and salsa with chips as soon as you sit down. The service is always superb and the food is incredible! The carne asada tacos are some of the best I've ever had!
Great service, charming little two person booths. The stuffed potato skins are amazing! We also had the fajita sampler and a pork burrito w/ green sauce! Regret not trying Casa de Oro years ago.
Great meals. Everything was incredibly fresh. Decent prices for the amount of food you get. I would come here again
