Food is really great, service leaves a lot of room for improvement since they openedAs a couple that have both been in the same industry, we understand some days can be more taxing than others, but this has been a pretty common experience at this location. Please don't act like your customers are a burden to serve, it's a quick way to lose repeat customers. Even with the order ahead option that limits interactions, I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes to their other location. I dislike leaving bad reviews, but I'd also want to know if it was impacting my business.
This was our first time dining at bruchi’s. WeHad been traveling all day and when we arrived at our hotel, there had been a power outage. Bruchi’s was the only place open and they were quite busy. Every employee we came in contact with was kind and attentive even tho they were getting slammed. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. I had the cheese burger and my husband had the cheese steak and both were excellent and hit the spot after a long travel day. Thank-you!!
An excellent place to get a Pacific Northwest favorite. The bread is hypoallergenic-non dairy and the meats and cheese variety is impressive for such a small kitchen staff. You will be asked to order off of a kiosk upon entry. The staff was warm and attentive despite a very busy drive thru. The food was great. Among their stronger cheese steak offerings is the pepper steak sandwich. They have indoor seating that was clean and abundant when I was waiting for my order to process. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch or catering orders. Expect this place to cost a few dollars more than other fast food.
I normally LOVE eating here but tonight was terrible ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The service was rude as hell they were openly whining about customers showing up and forgot the mic was on then the intentionally burned out meat in our EXPENSIVE sandwiches I mean burned it's really bad I won't normally complain about food I'll just toss it and not come back but this was really really bad and I want the owner to know that the dudes working tonight we're disrespectful ***holes who have no respect for anyone let alone thier place of employment.
Used to be one of my favorite places to eat until tonight when the little blonde girl running the drive-thru decided to continually interrupt asking if I was dine and have a serious attitude so I decided to drive off and not collect my food. I won’t be coming back
Love the chicken supreme. With that being said there were bones in my sandwich not one but two in the first three bites. The manager offered to take my number to give to the distributor and nothing more! When my wife called back to try to get a number for the owners to try to resolve this the refused and argued with my wife about the issue. Horrible customer service and a disgusting sandwich.oh and I have to select a star to even be able to post my complaint! Really
Service was great. Place was super clean! I went through the drive thru. Didn't take long Riley h. Took my order and I did do a substitution and it was made correctly. Lost some stars because the amount of meat you get for $12.70 is barely any. I was mostly eating jalapeños and bannana peppers(pepper steak sandwhich). Just missed the mark.
They ran out of small cups and only had large, and charged us for the large price. Our food came out allay different times, and overall not the best experience we’ve had here. I have had good experiences here mainly, but this was a poor one.
After going there, the idea of having cheeseburgers sounds depressing. Cheesesteaks is a completely different experience.I honestly don't understand how that restaurant isn't in every town.
First if all the cashier couldn't speak properly in the drive thru, secondly when we get to the window the cashier who couldn't properly take our order was calling out military and armed for es idiots. Then I watched same failure employee pick some form of matter off of his display and fling it at a coworker who was preparing my sandwich. Management get a hold of your crew. This is the worst I've ever seen
