We had the worst sandwich at this place last night ! We always eat there but our Hawaiian chicken sandwich was beyond eatable! Chicken pineapple and ham must of all been cooked together and cooked too long, it was dry and pineapple was not even recognizable as well as identifying ham. Before this was our go to sandwich but it caused tummy problems which was no fun today.
This location was on our errand route but I wouldn’t be surprised if it doesn’t last much longer. We got there and they had the lobby closed. Drive-thru only even with a big pothole in the drive-thru lane. This drive thru doesn’t have a screen so the customer cannot check to make sure they heard the order correctly nor did the gal working the drive-thru repeat our order back to us. She just replied with “We’ll have your total at the window”. My husband ordered his sandwich with no onion and half of the sandwich was made with onion. They also did not include any napkins.
Online order. Got to the drive up and they told me to pull forward. The person in front me git their food. When I pulled up to the window i was told it would be a minute. Only to be told 2 minutes later they were closing and they would refund me. This happened at 625 pm. They are open til 9. Very rude. He said he would credit my card. How do I know that will happen? No receipt. I usually come here once a week. I will definitely NOT be back. Very bad business.Never got my refund. They are making me a new sandwich bow. We'll see.
On Wednesday I had to fast for percedure. After my husband took me to bruchi's one of my favorite places to eat. I use to work at a bruchi's so I know how they are to be made. We got to this location about 5pm ordered a chicken and a steak Supreme both 12". About 10 min went by another couple came in and ordered they had gotten there sandwiches before we did and was ready to leave and we still hadn't got our food. My husband went to ask for a refund so we could go somewhere else. They talked him into letting them make them right then. He came back to the table. The lady behind the counter asked if I wanted fries I said sure why not. So for an hour and 10 min wait for 2 subs that cost $27 she comps us 1 bag of $3.99 fries. We got the subs and the bread was so drenched you couldn't pick it up and I hate soggy bread. I asked for cheese to be melted in to my meat it was not. I worked for bruchi's and they one thing I was told was to always squeeze out some of the juices from the meat before you put it on the bread that way its not a soggy mess for the guest who ordered the sub. I love bruchi's but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. May or May not return
This place was not great... I ordered a sandwich from here and received it with a pink and black hair in it. I do not have pink hair.... I called to inform them and try and get help with a new sandwich or something and they told me to try and get a refund off the Uber eats app. Not once apologizing or even trying to help me. Just told me to figure it out through Uber eats.
I love Bruchi's but its always hit or miss. I ordered 2 nights in a row around the same time. Same order each night. Second night was awful. My peppers and onions werent chopped up they way my daughter was taught when she worked there and they way I've always gotten my sandwiches. Always. Then my husband's hamburger patty wasnt fully cooked. We had to put it in a pan and put a lid over it and cook it more trying not to burn the cheese or lose the flavor. Thats why we didnt microwave it.
6730 N Division Bruchi's made the worst sandwich Ive experienced. I got the Steak Supreme sandwich, the onions seemed to the outer peel on an onion, it was like chewing plastic. The mayo taste should not overwhelm a cheesesteak. Truly awful. Your food is only as good as your staff, Bruchis seems to hire anyone, especially young lazy people. Last time for me
I just ordered a 7" steak supreme with a bag of chips and a large drink. Two people ordered 5 minutes after I did. After 20 minutes their food was done and I still hadn't received mine. I asked about my order and they had it in a bowl to the left of the grill, apparently it was forgotten about. The cook put it back on the grill with cheese on top, he let it try to melt for a minute and put it on the bread (cold and cheese not melted). So I returned it and asked for a credit back to my card. The lady at the counter said she canceled it but was not able to give me a receipt showing a credit. Very disappointed!
I was in the drive through and I had ordered chips with my food. I asked for them more then once and when I got to the window I made sure to double check my receipt before leaving and sure enough there were no chips not even printed on the receipt. And when I asked for 2 bags of chips they ended up giving me one bag when I asked for 2. Plus they were out of pickle spears. This isn't the first time that things like this have happened to me at this beuchi's
I used to love bruchis, but this is the 4th time I have visited and again I have asked for no onions and my sandwich was covered in them. It even says on my receipt no onion. The smell of these are so potent that it ruins the whole sandwich. Please consider leaving these out of your cold sandwiches and make them by request only. Thank you
