Food is always simple & amazing. I love the Chicken Malibu & they always allow me to customize it (try adding BBQ sauce & zucchini to it!). Fries always crispy, never too salty. Fry sauce is very tasty.I do have to give 5 stars not only for the food, but also for one of the managers, Brendan, up at the location on 29th Ave. A few weeks ago, I witnessed a customer being rude & raising his voice to the whole Bruchi's team at that location due to a simple mistake. Brendan calmly, cooly, kindly, & graciously took over the situation with this customer & tried to offer solutions. He took one for the team so to speak. Brendan's quick reaction was appropriate, fair, & did not go unnoticed! Not only that, he seemlessly transitioned back to helping other customers when the situation was over. Ask for Brendan when you're in! Nice guy & he makes great sandwiches!

I placed and order and showed up at the place 15 minutes before closing. Place was locked up and a rude girl was trying to ignore me, just trying to waste time it looked like. I had already been charged and was annoyed that I had to drive out to pick up food that never got made. Other people pulled up to pick up orders again being treated like garbage. Now I have to call my bank to get the charges reversed because the employee just yelled at me to leave without doing anything to refund me. This was Sunday afternoon (6/19/2022 ), 2804 29th Ave spokane wa at about 7:40 pm. If the owner of this location reads this, note that this employee (actually there was a second woman cleaning) will ruin your business. I will not return to this location and will recommend that no one ever goes here.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. As we sat waiting for our food an elderly lady walked up to the counter and asked for napkins---the young man working was quite apologetic and said "oh, we're out of napkins---we've been out forrrrr..." and trailed off---apparently they have been out of napkins so long he lost track of how long it's been. Short blond girl with braids was so incredibly rude to this cute little elderly lady--she tore off a couple of paper towels from the dispenser behind the counter and SO RUDELY snapped "if you need more there's some in the bathroom". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Ok, so I dug up some napkins in my purse and the taller girl with dark hair who was cooking brought out our food. She was super nice but the food was INEDIBLE! Steak sandwich was DRENCHED and when we picked it up a steady stream of juice-? POURED out all over the table...it welled up in a puddle.....and of course with there being NO NAPKINS we had to scramble before it ran off the side of the table. Bread was SOAKED like a wet sponge and just fell apart. The second sandwich had what looked like melted rubber hanging off the side of the bread. Upon further inspection this rubber-like substance was actually what they are trying to pass of as chicken breast. GROSS! DISGUSTING-- yeah, not paying for garbage. I asked for a manager and told there was no manager on shift. BIG surprise! We asked for our money back and the short blonde girl issued a refund for ONLY the sandwiches---so we paid for a drink and fries that we didn't eat because they were left behind with the disgusting sandwiches. We left to go get lunch somewhere else---why would we take the fries with us to another restaurant? THE ENTIRE ORDER should have been refunded. Ok, well she had a gigantic attitude so I didn't argue with her. The taller girl with dark hair was SO nice and the rubber chicken isn't her fault-- that falls on the owner/manager so I left a $5 "tip" for her because she was apologetic and tried! But---one person being nice does not make up for garbage ingredients, not keeping basic things like napkins in stock and employees with rude mouths and bad attitudes. ANOTHER BRUCHI'S LOCATION that is AWFUL. Seems to be a trend. You know how on many negative Google reviews there will be a response from either an owner or manager apologizing or offering to rectify a negative experience at their restaurant? You won't see that here---or any Bruchi's location. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Was Lowkey disappointed by my Philly cheese steak sandwich. I deliver for them allot, and their food smells incredible. I bought the previously stated sandwich, and took a bite. Overall, the taste was good, and the bread was nice and... Bready? But I felt it was missing a little moisture, or the meat was a little dry and chewy. Not inedible by any means, flavorful for sure.

I'm so bummed because we totally love the food here but every time we have an issue. Most of the time they forget a fry or a burger but this is the last time. We ordered 4 double cheeseburgers (big family) and got home to only single cheeseburgers. Of course they're closed now but this happens way too often to be a simple mistake.Also it's like they only hire kids. I've only ever seen 3 people at a time working there& it's usually young people. They need a better manager/supervisor.Unfortunately we will not be back.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had and I will never return to this location! To make a long story short the staff were very rude and didn't seem to care that I'd waited 25 min for my preordered sandwich. They helped the person behind me and forgot about me! Tried to charge me extra for 2 small subs instead of a full (all the same sandwich) and when I got home there were hot peppers on my sandwich that I didn't order so couldn't even eat it! It wasn't even the right sandwich!!!! I'm so upset but mostly because of the way I was treated....so disappointing):

This is the most awful place ever!!!! Never go here! We on accidentally parked by a exit door and the workers ran out yelling and cussing touching and not keeping distance. The shocking thing is they didn’t even peacefully ask us, but instead cussed and said they will call the cops instead of explaining .The girls are not even adults yet and had no respect to the customers and to the person older than them. Never have we ever been treated this way

Terrible service. Overpriced and after doordashing an order there were missing items and person I spoke with could not offer to deliver the missing item or refund me. Won’t be ordering from again.

She responded by scoffing and “ok, well it will be a 30 minute wait, I am slammed!” There were 3 workers and an empty grill so I am guessing she was referring to online orders because there was only one person seated in the restaurant. Needless to say, my family and I walked out. Poor customer service loses customers.
