Charge for using your debit card and don’t let you know. They also encourage the use of. Also don’t accept larger that a 20 dollar bill. 3 coffees requires more that a 20.
The girls here are always so sweet, it doesn’t matter when you go or even when the owner hires new staff; always so nice!I love that my mom has become a regular here and that the girls go out of their way to communicate with using sign language or pen and paper.
I've just started coming here in the last 2 weeks, and I'd say service is wonderful. Usually greeted with a good morning and a smile from the regular Barista's.
Really good coffee. But inconsistent prices. They type the drink into the handheld payment machine. Sometimes my 20oz blended Spice Chia drink is 5.25, Sometimes 6.50, Sometimes 7.25 Sometimes 7.75. Just depends on the day and or batista. Either way I don't mind to bad :) especially on the days my drink is 5.25. On those days I typically tip higher. They can be busy sometimes so I can understand having small errors.
I love the regal location! All the girls are so sweet and are always up for giving me a new tiki combo to try!
Went through tonight to grab some coffee for me and my boyfriend. As the girl was taking my order a bunch of cars pulled up and the poor girl was working by herself. She did a fantastic job and made my coffees super fast. Just wanted to give a shout out to her for doing such a good job and dealing with the rush by herself. You're a rockstar ❤

Went with blissed out. Love it! Not to strong of a coffee flavor but also not to much chocolate flavor. Can’t believe it is sugar free thou tastes to good not to have any in it. They also left me a lovely little message on my lid. ??
