In Washington state we are currently under a mask mandate for indoor dining. There is actually a sign posted on the door of this establishment telling the customer this fact. Imagine my surprise when I enter the store and realize none, not one employee working behind the counter is masked. I inquire “is there a reason you’re not masked?” The reply “oh would you prefer we put on our masks?” This well reaching for said masks laying on the counter. Yes, yes I would prefer you food workers comply with the government mandate, yes! Unbelievable! As they put their masks on I headed for the door. If you’re not compliant with a mask mandate during a pandemic, which by the way is surging right now, then I’m thinking you’re ability to follow the rules is suspect, and I imagine the whole wash your hands, maintain strict temperatures for food and general cleanliness is not something you prefer. Never ever going there again! Disgusting!
10/10 thank you to whom ever made my snickers zombie ice cream birthday cake! My mom was able to order easily, grandpa had the cash and on my birthday they picked it up and it was so pretty I hardly wanted to cut into it. As a now 23 year old woman it was still very exciting and thank you for every moment!
I want to patronize locally owned franchises. I also want to avoid getting Covid. One of the employees was not wearing a mask as I walked in and never did cover her nose. A customer came in and asked if it’s fine for him to skip a mask, and the employees said it was fine. The customer, who was an age pier of the workers, continue to hang after I left. The store does not provide courtesy masks to those who do not have them. This is a very small space. I will not be visiting this business again, as I don’t want to have to be the one to enforce the mask mandate required indoors in our state. Unpleasant conversation and visit given lackadaisical attitude toward the law… This review concerns the Spokane Baskin Robbins on Country Homes Boulevard. I like this business and have patronized it for over 10 years—no more.

It was delicious!! I haven't been for a long time. Thought I would take the grandchildren, they loved it!! So many flavors. Lol. And they let them try as many as they wanted!! Very nice young ladies! North Spokane at the Y.

BEST ICE CREAM STORE IN SPOKANE! I've been going here for over 20 years, since I was a little kid. All the girls that work there know me, and are so kind and professional. They are amazing. Such a chill place to go. And the boss guy is VERY nice as well. I always give them a tip whenever I have cash cause THEY DESERVE IT! I hope this store is open for a LOOONG TIME! Me and my son go there CONSTANTLY! HE LOVES IT AS WELL! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS EXACT LOCATION! I have met some rude employees at the other Baskin Robbins, mainly the one in North Town and on...Monroe I believe it is. So I never go to those anymore. I would go out of my way to go to this store. I live by Deepak and I go to Spokane JUST TO GO HERE. Cause...again, THEY ARE AMAZING!!!
