If there were 0 stars I would've used it.Service there was horrible, 1 person making the ice cream for 5 people while the other 2 are laughing and "acting" as if they were working.. Izaiah a worker there, gave horrible service to me and my family. As we told them, he decided to "argue" with us about the issue.We have talked to the owner once about the bad customer service.. Looks like we're talking with her once again!They lost a $50+ order..Won't be visiting this Baskin Robbins' once again!
The ice cream of course is wonderful, it’s Baskin Robbins! The thing that sets this location apart is the wonderful friendly and gracious service. Whether it’s the owner (so very kind), or her staff, always a smile and genuinely interested in my experience. If you’re craving delicious ice cream and great service this is the place to go.
New guy (4 days with BR) alone in the building while trainer was outside and he did very well for being alone with 9 customers inside!
