would rate lower if i couldservice was terrible and extremely slow even though we were the only customersTHEN the cashier had the audacity to say i was wrong about my change. i looked at my two $20 bills and thought "OK i need $12 in change" and they said i only gave them $30. they looked at the register and said there was only one $20 but i could literally see more $20s in there. check the cameras! i never get upset at fast food employees for being slow because i know its a hard job but dont steal my money.
Pros: great affordable food! Love there hue is rancheros and my boyfriend very much enjoys their Spanish omelette! Cons: I would recommend dine in for this place they are still using styrofoam take containers. I understand styrofoam is cheaper but putting very hot food into them can cause styrene poisoning even if the styrofoam doesn’t melt. I requested that the cover the styrofoam with parchment wax or aluminum before placing food and they were unable to accommodate
Atilano's is a great little hole in the wall restaurant. You're safe ordering off of most of the menu. Try the pork adobada burrito...
Gross order rolled chicken tacos and it had no chicken in it are you joking low quality old food
I went to this location last week and went through the drive thru about 11:00pm the lady at the window was so rude during the order and at the window. When I went to hand her my credit card so so rudely and aggressively tore my credit card from my fingers that she cut my finger open. I have called this location every day for a week now to speak to management and I get the same response that one is not available and leave my name and number and no one gets back ahold of me. I was hoping for a fast resolution to this issue but I am going vto have to get my attorney involved
Food wasnt fried hot enough. Both chimi's were under done and my tots were disappointing too. Usually this is a great place to eat... not so much last night 1/1/22
Got almost completely through my California burrito and felt a CRUNCH. It was an egg shell. There are no eggs in a Cali burrito. GROSS! Where did this come from and how did it get in my burrito?! ??

I would never recommend this place I will never eat here again I haven’t heard nothing but good experiences at the other location on Francis. So I figured I would try this location since I was in the area and about halfway through my burrito which only has chicken and rice in it I found a big wad of something green it is not lettuce so I was confused because there’s not even lettuce in my burrito and it was literally taking up about Half a burrito I mean it is a huge wad… so I pull it out because I thought it was weird that there was no rice or chicken in this area because of how big of a chunk it is as I pull it out there’s something blue in it so I touch the blue part and guess what it’s a rubber band so whatever type of vegetable this is maybe cilantro stems somehow magically accidentally got inside of my burrito including the wonderful rubber band holding it all together this is completely disgusting I am sick to my stomach never in my entire life have I been so disgusted over a restaurant.
The food was okay but the lobby is completely disgusting. Tape over the TV screen to change the price as well as large tape over the poster that shows the daily specials. There's signs behind the counter that say "no taco Tuesday" and different things that they don't do written on taped up pieces of hand written notepaper. When I placed my order I asked for a cheese quesadilla and they ended up giving me a kids meal that I didn't ask for. Poor communication skills with the guy on the phone. They also ended up charging me $1 for three cups of water that I didn't realize until I had already paid for them. I'm guessing there is no management at all because I don't see how anyone would allow this. Completely unbelievable. Extremely disgusting. I'm never eating here again. Sorry Atilanos -even tho there's probably a zero percent chance anyone that works in any kind of management position will see this- it's completely obvious that they don't care.
