My partner and I have eaten here twice in the last few weeks. We have come to Spokane FROM Moscow, Idaho for concerts and needed some grub. The first time, we tried them on a whim and Door Dash delivered amazing burritos to us at the Big Dipper. We were impressed. We tried dine in the second time. It is not the fanciest inside, but is comfortable. The food came out quickly and was amazing! We have upcoming visits and have decided that we are going to try all the burritos. Some of the best burritos ever!

Asked for extra limes said that would be a 1.50 more per lime, and said there is already a line per taco which there is not. Did not leave a tip and then the worker was extraordinarily rude, tacos are cold, and flipped all over the bag. I live a block away and it was not the drive. Poor service! Poor quality tonight! Usually this location does a much better job.

This is my favorite place for fast food. But I will say it's still fast food. Don't get too adventurous, stick to things you know you like at least at first. My favorite tride and true order is the carne asada quesadilla and tater tots but I also love the Ground beef tacos. Not the shredded beef. Their red sauce is my favorite the flavor is awesome but it is really hot so I always have enough since I use just a bit on each bite. I almost crave the sauce over anything else when I crave this place.

Tasty food in good quantity at a low price. Only problem I had with the food was that my breakfast burrito had eggshells in it, but I've ordered enough other items to still be able to say I love the food here.Dining area could definitely use a remodel; floor is uneven, tables scratched; but you can spend as much time as you like (I've been to a couple after-work business meetings that last up to two hours and haven't ever felt like I'm being a bother).

The most legit Mexican food in town! They have Pozole, Lengua, TripAdvisor, Horchata, and so much more!Pro Tip - Head in on Tuesday for their $1 Taco Tuesday. Your tastebuds will thank me later.

Great, delicious food downtown! However, the bathrooms are locked and it feels rushed. But it is quick!Edit: the front also seems understaffedThe dine area is not very clean but has beautiful decorations! Also the beeper when you walk in is very loud

Love the food but the cashier is extremely rude and refused to correct my order after I let her know that it was wrong on the receipt. They will not give you a refund for any reason and expect an argument because that's what she did to me, I had to walk away from her and I ordered in Spanish. She then went to hide behind the half wall and began to slam stuff around for a few minutees, when she came back she completely dismissed me. Rude and incompetent, I still didn't get what I ordered.

The person taking my order had a very heavy accent, had to understand and rude. Food was so so and to salty. I used the womens restroom the toilet wouldn't flush, there was no water to wash my hands and the faucet wasn't even attached to the water. The benches were all torn. I wont be returning

I paid for 2 sides of sour cream and it was not sour cream. Watery. Did not taste like nothing I had ever tasted before. I would have got other food if it wasent available. Yuck. I call and I tell her the same thing but she just tells me to look in the bag its in there. NOO!!! I JUST TOLD YOU IT WAS NOT SOUR CREAM!!! IF GROSS!!! She just basically said well I dont know and hung up on me. SEE YA TOMORROW!!!

Got food there last night and both me and my partner have had the runs all day. The food tasted sour as well. Won't go back again.
