This is the worst Arbys I have been to. Only drive through. The backups are ridiculous. Full brick and mortar restaurant. The inside is never open. They have big street signs to show you that but this is not a pandemic situation. It has to be a owner problem. That being said. I do not recommend. I gave two stars because of the staff was awesome they deserve all 5. Ownership gets the negative 3 on that 5 star review.
Arbys is good mood food!! A drive thru you can feel good about and doesn't take 20 minutes. Love how they do keto bowls!! I very highly recommend the turkey gyro as a bowl. I also would like to complement the professional today who served my bowl. I asked for a fork thinking that I had too with my bowl, but she smiled, and said I wouldn't give you a bowl with no fork! Common sense isn't common enough these days.This is the way it should be though!! Thank you for you thoughtfulness!!
Just took one more star off for fake concern by "owner" which is clearly a bot.....Overcharged, underserved. Food was So So.2ND Time in a row.I'ma slow learner LolThis location needs to step it back up. They used to be wonderful.I will try them one more time.*** STEP IT UP ***
Ooh everyone loves to read a good detailed review on a restaurant and this is sure to adhere to model of restaurant critique Anthony Bourdain would have approved of!3stars. My overall rating of the restaurant was: (MEH?♂️)Overpriced and underwhelming. All the feel of a high end Michelin star fine dining experience based on the price and the actual experience was closer to that of a trap house wher the dealer hurriedly hands you a crack pipe gives a hit and then rushed you out of the drive through to make room for the pregnant lady in behind you who also happens to be a vip customer cause the dealer might be the baby daddy!??
The employees are always nice when I come in, been coming here since 2013. Food is very tasty and has a nice relaxing dine in atmosphere.
I have never been disappointed in this Arby's location until tonight. I paid for a Double Beef n Cheddar, no bun. What I got was just enough meat to fit on a classic. Lukewarm (Not exactly a problem because I would honestly eat it cold). Everything else was great, especially the people here. All smiles, polite, and a great experience. Like I said, this place has never disappointed and has always been above par for the area. If that's what they consider to be double the meat then it's not worth it here.
3 meals were 60 dollars. The brisket dip sandwiches each had 1 paper thin slice of brisket.. no Horsey sauce.. For 60.00 I will go to a sit down and get real food.
I was craving the Boneless wings tonight. I stopped and ordered the 9 piece, with the Buffalo sauce. To be honest, its a bit spicy to my likings, and not as good as the hot honey flavor. I also got caramel cinnamon milkshake.
Went through the drive thru. Had to talk to the manager to tell her her employees were smiling, polite, and actually happy. She was the same. Very nice visit. I'll be back!
Hadn't been there in a long time. Arbys classic beef n chedder was good as always. The chicken sandwich was a lil dry and not very good. Will be back soon.
