I was sitting in the lobby enjoying my beef and cheddar when I overheard 2 elderly women discussing the fact that they were once strippers. I looked at my sandwich, dripping with cheese sauce and honey mustard and completely lost my appetite. The orange cream shake didn't help with the visual. I may need therapy before I can return.

It wasn't great, disappointed. Long line at the drive thru so I went inside. Unorganized mess in there. The lady giving out food was wearing a mask, thats ok. But when she called out names for people to pick up their food, you couldn't understand her, so the food sat there and got cold. My chicken had one piece that was just a hunk of fat, breaded and deep fried. Nasty. Saw several others who had their orders messed up and wrong. This used to be good food, but not today.

We hadn't been to Arby's in a while..they have their fish sandwich right now and theirs puts any other burger/sandwich shop to shame! Huge fish fillet, yummy tartar sauce, lettuce and I add tomato. Very generous and filling. My daughter got a market fresh Turkey sandwich and it was really good! The bread was soft and the turkey was delicious. The crinkle fries are a nice change from curly fries. The valley location on Sprague is always clean, the food is fresh and tastes great and the staff are friendly and professional.

It was ok. I ordered something other than my usual "regular roast beef" and was disappointed. Brisket bacon beef dip was not as good as I had hoped. The meat was dry and crunchy the dip tasted like hot brown water and was helpful to make the bread and meat moist. I didn't order curly fries but I like them enough that I didn't go back to the drive thru for another 15 minute wait to have them exchanged. I had originally headed to the location on Indiana because Google said it was the closest location to where I was. Indiana was closed I found out by calling them after I noticed that the location looked under construction. The nice person on the phone was nice enough to tell me the next closest location. Customer service at the drive thru window was good and they were sweet to give my dog Lola a treat.

I love this fast food joint. They employees are friendly and the make very few mistakes. Also don't forget to come during happy hour 1 dollar sliders, value fries and drinks. And of course the small shakes are a dollar as well.

I love arbys it’s great food I don’t know what it is with this location but they constantly forget or get the order wrong. They messed up my order twice tonight and she told me they fixed it and will give me coupons order fixed but no coupons doesn’t matter but highly inconvenient. I never have problems at the downtown one. Arbys biggest issue is the outdated order boards so you can’t see what the employee rang up then you get questioned on what you order but you don’t see the reciept till you get your food. “ the reciept says you wanted this” right but I ordered this it’s not my fault I don’t know what was typed in. I won’t be going back to this arbys.

This is my definition of comfort food. If you can't decide go with a classic roast beef sandwich. You won't regret it. Jalapeno poppers are my favorite.

Service was fast and friendly, order was perfect, restaurant was clean, very enjoyable meal

You guys were busy when I picked up the Door Dash orders I had to get. But your team was cranking out those orders and I just want to congradulate your whole team for being rockstars.

they are really hit or miss. sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. there never seems to be an in-between on the food quality. i will say the last two times we were in here the food was so bad we won't be coming back.
