Went for lunch today ordered a double cheeseburger meal with 4 tarter. The employees are so rude at this location. They only gave me 2 tarter and forgot to give me my drink to which I didn’t notice until I got home. They can’t even give you everything you paid for but they want $15/hr. Rip off!
Went to treat my self, cold French fries, greasy burger, and warm ice tea.. thank you for keeping my on my diet.. sorry Spokane valley, zips sucks
Great service and good, fresh food. Site is also very clean.
Definitely the better of the zips in the valley, they tend to have the criss cut fries and breaded mushrooms most of the time where the others never have them. The staff is friendly and patient too.
We came in to get milkshakes and the service was super slow. I had to use the bathroom and had placed my order long before having to do so me and my family all had time to use the bathroom and our milkshakes still weren't ready by the time we all got done.
I ordered a bacon cheese burger and onion rings. The bun on the burger was real dry and it had 1/2 a piece of bacon and a green tomato on it. Very disappointing Won’t be going back!
I have been to almost all the zips in the area. This was my first time here ordered a burger with fries and a drink. The service was fast and on point food was hot and tasted way better then the hairburger I got from zips on division.I recommend this zips but they are still a little high priced.Give it a unknown mystery rating of beautiful blue eyes.
Ordered 2 milk shakes and they both were so thin not thick at all. We have got meals from there as well and the food is always Gross. Hard buns meat taste steal
Generally Zip’s is great but this one was disappointing. Slow drive in. No prices on the menu and none of the great family deals other locations offer. $30 for a couple of burgers, cold fries and two shakes was a bit of a shock. Okay, $26 but still.Maybe it was just an off afternoon?
The food was really good. It was fresh, hot, delicious, and well put together. They were decently quick, too. However, they need to upgrade their speaker in the drive-thru. It is very hard to hear and be heard and you have to repeat yourself a lot.
