I went in yesterday after a long morning of work and I'm usually not to picky when it comes to fried food but when I ordered some shrimp and mozzarella sticks, I had a gut feeling something wasn't right when I first looked at it but I ate it anyways because I was very hungry. Fried foods are suppose to be golden brown and I'm very convinced that their frying oil was contaminated/dirty which was why my shrimp and cheesesticks were darker than usual and didn't taste right and I caught food poisoning. Highly not recommended if you're getting fried food unless they change their oil like they are suppose to.
Like most fast food it's slow but worth it once in awhile, just don't go there starving it'll be a wait. Just have to have patience to wait, good food though. The fish and chips are good so are the fries in a bucket!!
This location has closed more than 10 minutes early on multiple occasions. Tired of wasting my time and gas money trying to support this business. I should thank them as I ended up going to D’lishs on Division and it was SO much better!! If you haven’t tried D’lishs I highly recommend them!!! Zips is being run into the ground… Never again…
If you want a single chicken strip then the Broadway truck stop accords the street is a better place.
4 days in Spokane and this is the only single place that requires mask. But told I can stand in traffic to order food. Yep getting run over by cars is safer then not wearing a mask. Then sarcastically told to have a good day. Excellent way to lose customers.Not to mention employee kept touching his own mask and then without washing hands contaminated the food he was prepping for customers. Obviously just blindly following orders and doesn't have the brain power to realize his unhygienic ways. Actually makes me glad I didn't eat at this place.
Can someone please explain the logic of needing a mask to order but no mask to eat? I will never eat at this place ever again.

The staff was excellent to me and my family 1st time every eating at a zips and glad we did food was good too
I ordered the chicken fillets and a huckleberry cream pie milkshake. Both very, very good. Chicken fillets were soft and tender, even with their breaded outer layer. French fries were hot and crisp as well, with the crinkle-cut style. Nice atmosphere inside to eat in peace. There are lots of truck service shops nearby, so I imagine this place invites a lot of truckers.
