My fiancée and I went here for lunch before visiting with my Papa. The food was really good.
Never been to Zips! Stopped in with family for a Good Friday fish dinner. I was as amazed to experience hearty chunks of hot and fresh fried cod and crispy crinkle cut fries. Delicious! Definitely going back for more in the future. Thank you Zips!

The food was hot and fresh.I really enjoyed our visit with family across the state and we don't have zips out on the west side of the state after eating here I wish there was one out here in western Washington.

Their food is delicious!that being said about this 1 burger store of theirs.The east sprague burger store is also real good but they close real early.So if you want a delicious late night burger the only store of theirs open is on University and Sprague and the food is not as good as the other 2 places but they are open.They do have some pretty yummy shakes.
I would have given 5 stars if the person working at the drive-thru was wearing a mask ?.Now I have to stop going there even though I love their food and milkshakes.

Don’t get my wrong, zips is my all time favorite fast food restaurant, but this location is not thorough, I ordered through door dash instead of going in to the restaurant, and I put “no ice” in my mt dew and it came with EXTRA ice. Which made me a little mad. And then i ordered fries and put “extra salt packets on the side please” and they didn’t put those either, when I got the receipt it CLEARLY had that I wanted no ice and extra salt packets because it said it directly on the receipt. It’s flustering that such a simple request is SOOOO hard for a fast food restaurant to meet. I work at McDonald’s and WE are more thorough and caring then you guys! But thanks for the extra fry tub you accidentally put in my bag :)Hope you all have a wonderful day.
