If you value basic human decency and correct orders, don't waste your timeat this location.My grandfather, a long haul driver whom just made it back to town, stopped in for a quick bite due to the hour of day (7-ish pm). He entered this particular establishment and found no one manning the counter. He inquired if anyone was working to someone sitting at one of the tables. Person in question responded with a curt "what do you want?". If that wasn't bad enough, his order was missing an OBVIOUSLY excessive up-charge for a (supposed) large onion ring; only to make it home to discover he was given fries instead.Orders get messed up,sometimes, but the order getting messed up immediately following the interaction? It's suspicious at best; willful and malicious at worst.
I ordered 2 orders of fish and chips got home and realized I had only one. Went back 10 minutes later to get the second order and they accused me of trying to get free food. I didn't have a receipt to prove it because they never gave me one. I also waited in line for 10 minutes each time because they said were short. When I got to the window the 2 people not working the window were sitting there playing on their phones.
I try and stop by zips every time I'm in town. Unfortunately, when I went to this batter's location they didn't have any fry sauce which is necessary for a solid Papa Joe. So just before I left town I went back to Zips to get the full experience... while I requested fry sauce and they had fry sauce, fry sauce did not make it into my bag unfortunately. I had to leave without enjoying a good Papa Joe in it's final form.
The owner should probably check on their night shift staff. Says open 24 hours but I drove up early Thursday morning and saw the two employees sitting in the booths with headphones on playing on their phones. The order board then had an audio message saying “Due to short staffing we are currently closed” Ha! I saw the staff in there they just refused to get up for me to get food. What a joke.
This place needs to be updated to not being open 24 hrs. They need to turn lights off and send staff home. Instead they sit in the booths playing on cell phones. You never know when u go here if they will actually be serving food during open hours. Sometimes they are only serving drinks or certain foods other times they are temporarily closed. After 6 times of not being able to get food I am done going here when they are supposedly open.
This location is horrible!! A month ago I ordered a Hot Turkey & Cheese sandwich that includes Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Turkey and Provolone Cheese. I got Turkey and Cheese with nothing else! Tonight I ordered a Wrangler and the burger was still pink! I got a new burger after calling and complaining. Got attitude about it and then got a replacement Wrangler. Burger was burnt, bacon was dry and barely any BBQ sauce!! So disappointed! Never going there again!!!
Went to this zips location looked like a night rush . Got thru the first 3 cars just fine . Then sat thier for 20 minutes to receive my 2 papa Joe's incorrectly made.Buns not toasted . Ordered grilled onions they were burnt to a crisp...but yet some how the ham was cold. Your line cook is a bum . Gave no regard for his job . Seemed to care more about his music & eating the fries that they told us that didn't work because the fryer was down for the night . 20 minutes for 2 papa Joe's. Wow.
Do not work here if you're considering. Great place otherwise though. Friendly staff, good hours and food is very solid.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich using a mobile order for pick up. Didn't receive bacon or any meat on my breakfast sandwich. I double checked that I didn't forget to choose a meat and I definitely selected bacon. By the time I realized I was accross town and they wouldn't have been able to fix it anyways.
This place has gone down hill. Have been going here for years. Ordered a tub of tots and it came in a large drink cup. Lemonade was water. The guy at the drive through had an attitude when I asked a simple question. When handing me my drinks he stacked them on each other. Let’s juggle drinks just stupid. I will let everyone I know not to go there service sucks
