I really really love White Dog coffee when they make mine and my boyfriends coffee right! But in all honestly- the consistency of product, customer service, and time efficacy during their rush is all over the place. Some days our drinks get mixed up and made incorrectly, or with the wrong size, and some days you can spend 15-20 minutes behind 2 cars. And the last 2 trips I’ve had 2 inches of foam in my americano making it more like a 12oz drink than a 16oz. My boyfriend and I have been coming multiple times a week for a year now and not one single girl has remembered us or our drinks so that’s always a bummer also. I want to keep supporting this lovely business but with the higher prices and inconsistency I might have to stop coming.When our drinks are made well, they’re the best coffee in town. Also their vegan breakfast burrito is absolutely to die for! Most girls are very nice and friendly!I hate to complain and there is a lot I love about this business so I’m not completely knocking it, just wanted to leave an honest review for feedback!

The location on Sprague in the Spokane Valley is amazing. There are two especially wonderful gals there, I don't know if I should name them for their privacy, but they are absolutely wonderful.
FREE DRINK??? NOT SO MUCH...I started going to this place and have been happy. I usually order something different every time and today I finally deserved my free drink..however...it wasn't free. I asked for a drink then was told there was a difference in price???? I was confused. All my other coffee stands give me whatever I want free.....so just a heads up...you should ask for what is free before ordering your free drink ...this was enuf to make me not return.
Love all the vegan options, my coffee is always perfect, and everyone is SO friendly.
I am not by them too often but the times I have gone when I am close by have had great service and no complaints with my drinks.
