Stopped by on 04/02/22 after getting groceries. There was only one car ahead of me, but a barista came out and got my order anyway so I wouldn't have to wait. Fantastic service, and the best espresso shake I have ever had. I will be back!
Good coffee, friendly staff. I really don't like that the employees are expected to operate a tablet in the rain and snow outside. Touch screens Don't work properly when wet. That has to be frustrating for the employee. And how can I be sure to get the correct order when the tablet is covered in water.
I love my wake up call gals! They’re always on top of my drink and know every detail as I lack simplicity…Chrystal Holt always has a smile on her face and the best humor! I can always rely on her to make my drink just the way I want it! Great attitude! 10/10 would recommend anyone visiting or residential to Spokane Valley!
Decided to stop in today at lunch time and even though they were super busy the line moved quickly. I had Hailey Peters as my barista she was kind and patient while I figured out what I wanted in the end her suggestion was exactly what I wanted my coffee to taste like!!!!! Also my toddlers hot chocolate was the perfect temp!!!!
I wanted to write a review on the exceptional service that Bear and I receive each and every time we stop by the Sullivan location. Halley always greats us by our names (Bear included) and with a warm welcoming smile. She always makes our day when we see her. Thank you for hiring such an incredible lady!
I always love going to this location for my morning coffee before work! All the girls are super nice! I especially love seeing Crystal in the morning! She is constantly smiling and always gets my American just right! ☺️
I'm not a coffee drinker so I was hesitant to stop here but was happy to find that Wake up call has much more to offer than coffee. Kylie Rae was so patient and helpful and adorable with her southern accent. She recommended the pink bubbly energy drink for me and it was delicious! I will be back. Thank you, Kylie Rae!
Every time I go to wake up call I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience due to the fact that Mackenzie is always working. She has outstanding customer service skills, is funny, and fast. Not only is it a great interactive experience but she always seems to get the order spot on. Thank you Wake Up Call for always hiring and training such well rounded staff.
Well, I’ll be honest, coffee is average but the staff is top notch, well at least that’s our impression after we were helped a few times by Mackenzie Hamilton. The truth is that quality service and staff more than compensated for product. Keep up the great business, we will be back.
So I usually love going here, I go there all the time. Sometimes they mix up the mad hatter with soda water, and that's totally okay it's an easy mistake I just ask them to fix it really quick. No big deal. This particular time the girl that working there was very rude, rolled her eyes and everything. She went and "fixed" it and came back with the. Exact. Same. Drink. I won't won't be coming back to this particular wake up call.
