Service: 1 star.Barrista apologized that she spilt syrup all over her hands so they were sticky then proceeded to hand me two cups that made my hands sticky too. I don't have a sink in my car, I assume she has a sink that should have been used before getting everything I was buying sticky.Coffee: 1 star.I love wake-up call normally. I don't understand why it has 0 consistency. Sometimes my drink tastes burnt somehow, sometimes it tastes like water, sometimes it's amazing. I don't know why ordering a London the same way has variable results.This time I ordered a 24 oz triple shot with Salted Caramel, English toffee, and butter pecan flavor, with almond milk. What I got was something that tastes like hot water placed in close proximity to salt but with no actual flavor of its own. Did you guys run out of almond milk and just use water to fill my cup?I can't continue to justify this being a daily stop when I can't go a week without disappointment.
I have been a customer of wake up call coffee for over three years now. I always go to pines wake up call no matter how long the drive can be. Kiana, Sam, Megan, and so many more have always offered me great service, great coffee, and great laughs and caring attention. The first time I tried there coffee and had a taste of their excellent customer service I knew that this was the place I was going to get my coffee from now on. Thank you so much to the pines crew from my excellent experience with them. Lots of love for you guys!
I come every afternoon to get ready and prepared for my night shift! I’ve had the pleasure to have Jade as my barista. She’s always prepared weather it’s slow or just to take time out of her day and continue on a good meaningful conversation with her customers! Your awesome keep up the good work!
I typically go to Starbucks, but I felt like something a little different, a bit more fun! I got exactly that. The gentleman working, Sam, suggested a blended matcha latte with peppermint. I was a bit hesitant, but it was PERFECTION! He was so sweet and helpful, being very patient with my indecisiveness. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be returning.
This place is pretty awesome. I enjoy the friendly service every time I pull up. The lines always move pretty quick, and my drink is always yummy. Can't beat great drinks with awesome customer service.
I went there on a whim to get some caffeine in my body. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted so I asked the guy working what his favorite was. He asked me what kind of flavor I enjoyed, I then let him know and he made it very promptly while keeping a conversation going. It was kind of funny because we have the same first name, he goes by Sam but I go by Sammy. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a quick caffeine buzz to stop by for a drink.
I had an awesome experience here! I struggle to order anything more complicated than just a black coffee. Sam was super helpful, and he made me a killer drink! I definitely will be back to get another!
This is my favorite location coffee stand, it’s conveniently located and I also really appreciate that it is now occupied by Wake Up Call ☎️ their signature drink selection is wonderful and the baristas are so friendly! August and Sandra are alway particularly friendly and welcoming :)
