I found the wake call on evergreen not so clean .Going through the drive though you could see a lot of spill mess on the shelves. Didn't look so good and made me wonder about cleanliness over all . I've been going there for many years. Disappointed
Shania gave me incredible customer service :) she also made a great coffee. Ps. Thanks for bringing back Red Bull!
They have pretty good drinks and most flavors you could think of! They do NOT have redbull though and their energy drink just isn't close, but great staff, quick clean and courtious!
Makenzie is the real star ⭐️ of the show. Her attention to order and timing is impeccable. Definitely felt comfortable and like I was having coffee at home. 10/5 would overate this establishment for the feeling of community and the customer service was beyond and above will be back everyday for the rest of my life
My favorite coffee spot in town. Never had a bad coffee from them and I've been going here for years. Wonderful staff
Was out today I decided to stop in at the Sullivan location normally my stand is the one on Dishman but it was closer so I ordered my usual drink Carmel americano iced 4 shots and asked the barista (Hailey Peters) to make it not super sweet and she said no problem I got you. Was the best drink I have had from wake up call so asked her what her name was and told I would recommend her and this stand as she was friendly and helpful and didn’t just rush me out the door. Thank you Hailey.
The worker who goes by Liz makes the best coffee there! so much flavor just the way I like it! 5 stars for her!
You know, I loved wake up call. But the whole getting rid of redbull I think is kinda dumb. Not everyone likes the mad hatter, to me it tastes like cough syrup. Sad to say but they’ve lost a customer.
I stopped going here after being a customer for years due to my drinks being continuously messed up. A year later I thought I would try them again, my first time going back and everything was great. The old Wake Up Call I remembered. Went back tonight and once again the barista messed up the order. I ordered two 24oz drinks and noticed that they were small before she even handed them to me, I clarified that they were 24oz and she goes no they are 16oz I was kind and said I ordered 24oz. At that point she started to argue saying no you ordered 16oz luckily I had a witness in my car that even said no we ordered 24oz. She compromised and gave me a 20oz which I appreciated but the barista messed up and charged me the wrong size when I had ordered a 24oz.I know of this happening to two other people recently and I blame the new system that is being used. Instead of listening to the order they start selecting options on their iPads and I believe this is causing them to pay more attention to the computer than their customers. The customer service is also not what it once was before it became a chain. I blame the owners for this. New baristas every week and they do not actually hold conversations with their customers like they once did. I know they have become more popular in years but the lack of customer service and the continued drink screw ups has turned me away from a company I used to brag about. I highly recommend that management reads this and focuses on treating their workers better so that they retain staff like they once did. Good baristas, will trickle down to repeated customers and more long term growth for the business over all.
Consistently good service and great coffee. (I'll never understand why people go to that Seattle-based mega-chain with over-roasted beans when they can go to Wake Up Call!)
