Delicious coffee! However, the service was not great today. The barista didn't greet me when I walked in, and barely made eye contact. When I thanked her for my drink, she just turned and walked away. Maybe she was having a bad day, but don't expect a tip with that service.
This is great coffee. I’m new to Spokane, but this is the best so far.
Don't go inside. They will ignore you for a while helping drive through before they ask for your order. It's dumb. Drive through service is great though, most of the time.
I ordered using the online app and didn’t realize I ordered to this location, they let me refund it even though my order was ready and it was super easy !!! Thank you !!!

Horrific customer service, now I understand why there were no cars in the drive thru. If a customer has an issue, don't make it worse by calling them "honey" in a condescending tone while rolling your eyes. Went over to Wake Up Call with no issues. Thomas Hamner company, you think you're greater than you are, you need to be humbled a little.
