As a Hispanic person, this place serves authentic Mexican food. The tacos are amazing. And they give you lots of meat for your tacos. Also try the Milanesa Torta. Really good. For the burritos, I would get the Carnitas Burrito. So much flavor. They also have enchiladas which are also really good. Don't forget to get an Horchata as your beverage. The owners are really friendly. It's a tough spot to get out of during rush hour but worth it.
Now that is some AWESOME mexican food coming out of that little truck. Delicious, fresh and affordable. I tried the Guero burrito because I love fried potatoes in my burritos. Super tasty and I have to say some of the best steak I've tasted in the area.Salsas are legit, green is mild, red is tasty...the spicy green does have a good kick to it. It'll make you sweat. Can't wait to go back and try other items.
Got the California Burrito and it was huge! The meat should have been seasoned that’s why I only gave it 4 stars. But you definitely get your $ worth.
Steak tacos were perfect, will be a new go-to when passing through Spokane. Super friendly crew and convenient location.

I don't usually seek out Mexican food, but this place is fast, convenient, and delicious. The prices are fair for the large portions and they have the best horchata (not too sweet, not too cinnamon-y). Their namesake burrito, the El Guero, is fantastic and the addition of potatoes to the standard mix makes for a hybrid breakfast burrito that really works. Always a bummer when they announce their closure for the winter, but a great day in spring when they re-open.
Had the Big City Burrito ?. Tasted great and it was huge. That’s the first time I’ve been there. I will be back. Cheaper than them big Mexican Restaurants.
I had a Milanesa torta with extra Mozzarella and it was so good! And it was at a very good price! I will be coming back!
