Absolutely the WORST EXCUSE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS IVE EVER IN MY LIFE HAD THE MISTAKE TO ENCOUNTER! LIARS AND THEIVES. I was never given a reciept, they acted like they were giving me a discount while shorting me on half my order, then when I tried to speak to them about it they said nothing they could do without a receipt. The manager on duty told me that he himself put the food in the bag, impossible.since he was at the window the entire time talking to me about the order, which was handed out the window by another worker and now, being told to wait till Monday when the general manager is on shift. Just, too bad for my family that was waiting for their dinner right.? What the hell happened to decent or even honest customer service?!
Some of the best breakfast at the fast food level. My wife loved the country burrito and the quesadilla I had was fantastic.
The place was clean, the food was good, the service was good. The only things holding this place back was price and portions. Like a growing number of businesses Taco Time has raised their prices. It has become extremely expensive to dine out nowadays, it would be nice to see a revesal of this trend soon. As for the portions we sat down to a tiny cup of Mexi nuggets it was pathetically small and unsatisfactory for what we paid. Overall this company can do better.
Go during normal business hours during the week. The ladies running the place do a great job and are friendly. They also prepare the food well. After hours and weekends have been less so.
We picked up a large number of tacos in the drive thru tonight and the customer service on a busy Cinco de Mayo was really impressive. Carol was who took our order and she was personable and fun. There was a male helping her (we didn't hear/see his name) but he had a great sense of humor as well. They were handling the rush like pro's and made the experience much more enjoyable than picking up fast food should be. Thank you to Carol and Team!

Very pricy. I always get the chicken soft tacos with sourcream. But last time I got it it was totaly dry and mostly letus and the tortia was stale. There usauly really good so that was disappointing
We frequent taco time rather often. It's fairly close to our home. We would rather go to the one father away but sometimes we just want to go to the closet one. Most of the time when getting our tacos they are very stingy with the meat. So if we go to this one we have to ask for extra meat... At an extra charge. No one wants a taco with no meat. We want our tacos to come with a normal about of meat.
I love natural taco ingredients. Taco Time is so much better than the nationally advertised franchise! TT has had very high quality fast foodsince the 1960's. Drive as fast as you can legally to get your TexMex menu items here. I will prefer Taco Time food items until I pass on! In fact, it might be my last meal if I was asked!!
We just had the Best veggie burritos in a very long time at the Taco Time on East Sprague. Thank you for preparing the food with such care. We will be back!
