I had a coupon but they wouldn't let me get it at the register I had to do a mobile order. I understand it's not the workers fault but it was kinda a bummer.
Been going there for about nine years, always have a good experience. The employees are nice and understanding and like always great food for great low prices.
My husband found hair in his food tonight. Absolutely disgusting. If you were following the right protocols for the kitchen and handling food, that wouldnt happen.Not only that but the quality at this location is terrible compared to others.
My order was refused of 16 burritos 8 with no lettuce. Good job Sullivan taco bell. Just because I was refused on the app to have it removed.

Took them up on their offer to try double meat and sour cream on Crisp Tacos Supreme. Tacos were mush when we got home, absolutely fell apart when we tried to eat them, and cost a ton of money besides. Don't do it!
Considering how many 1 star reviews you have and how many times you’ve messed my own order up, you should just close down shop. I have lived in the valley for about 14 years now and this place has always been garbage. Your crew is filled of kids who haven’t even graduated high school which makes sense why the quality is so horrible. Stay losing. The TBell over off of university blows you guys out of the water and is well worth the additional 15 minute drive.
I don't know what is going on with taco bell lately, but every time we go they mess up our order. We use to be regulars because the food was great and inexpensive but the service has gone to the dogs.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! After three times of being there and getting Home to find out multiple items missing, we went for the fourth time and made them double check that everything was in the bag. Once we got home we realized half the stuff was the wrong type of tacos and burritos.
Visited 10/30. Ordered on kiosk. Swapped chips and cheese for cinnamon twists. Got chips. Explained situation and received 2 cinnamon twists. Got home and started eating twists. They tasted bitter and stale like they were cooked in old oil 2 weeks ago. In the trash they went. The other food tasted good.
