Don’t waste time and money at this location the employees are rude sandwiches are made sloppy. And I was recently told The owner decided that they will not be excepting any coupons. I live down the road and will be taking the extra drive to a different location from now on .
The owner has decided not to accept actual Subway coupons LOL. Big mistake, because we live right here and did go there all the time. Today is my last visit there, we will be going to another location for now on
I like subway in general, my wife went in to pickup food and walked in to the "worker" was making what must have been his own sandwich promptly said they were close, she was there 20 minutes before close and mentioned it said the door itself said it was later than that. He again rudely said "we are closed". Well if this is the service and type of people they let close a store, it is one I will make sure to not go back to. ALSO if you notice it has happened to quite a few people if you look at the reviews, so this seems the norm.
So the owner of this Subway has chosen to not accept the coupons that are mailed to those of us who live 3 blocks away. Girl was snarky about it also. You have just lost my business. I will be driving to the location 5 miles away to give another Subway my business permanently. You just lost a regular customer.
I live nearby and had surgery today and didn't want to go too far. Friday night at 630pm I walked in to order as they were putting chairs up and shutting lights off. I asked what time they closed, because I thought the sign said 8pm as I walked in. A very rude woman said at 8 usually but we close anywhere between 645-8 depending on business. There were people in the restaurant eating too. Another couple came in behind me and she rudely said to them, not accepting coupons and rattled off all the stuff they were out of. They looked at me and said wow, rude...and they walked out. A nice gentleman made my sandwich-I passed on the lettuce because it was severely brown and wilted and looked like it had been sitting out all day. All while the woman working walked around closing up. I've had this type of experience there before but thought I'd give them another try. Never again. I'll drive out of my way to go to one that wants my business. And, I'll tell everyone I know not to waste their money there. Horrible customer service and felt rushed to leave.

Went into this store at 630 at night. Went to order 7 sandwiches for my family, ( 4 6inch, 3 foot long) and was told that they have a policy of only 5 sandwiches at a time. The worker was extremely rude- told me I had to leave if I wanted more than 5. She had her boyfriend eating dinner at the table and it was as if they didn't want any customers. I have never been to an establishment that was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. They ended up not serving me at all because I wanted 7 total sandwiches. They just lost out on money for their company - ridiculous! I will be contacting managers and cooperate.
Completely done with this store. I have tried to support this store since it opened as its really close to where I live which is nice. I can tell you that for the most part I have had somewhat friendly service but have seen the store close early (at least 20 times over the last several years) I have walked in 40 min before closing and been treated like I did something wrong or I had all kind of nerve coming in so close to closing. Today I was told corporate was out of meatballs I called 7 other Subways see if that was true........NOPE! all of which said they haven't heard of a meatball shortage withing the chain. Pretty much done with this particular restaurant. Corporate should maybe intervene and find an owner that wants to run this store more responsibly. To the ownership of this store, maybe owning a frachise restaurant isn't your calling. I hear Fred Meyer up the street is hiring.
I bought lunch for my daughter and myself. The subs were delicious. My daughter loves cucumbers and they were out of them. She was ok with it.
Love this Sullivan Subway! They are always so kind and make sure every customer is happy! Dart is the most amazing employee ever, he goes above and beyond with customer service!
