Went here with my mom today around 3pm. A new employee, Dane, was preparing our sandwhiches and was doing a fantastic job. He was very kind and had great customer service. HOWEVER, the girl who was training him (I didn’t see her name, she had burgundy hair with space buns) was belittling him the entire time. She was so unnecessarily rude and mean to him the entire time to the point where it was making the customers uncomfortable. We would go back every day just for the new pleasant employee called Dane however we will not be going back because of space bun girl.
For the fact that i sat in the parking lot waiting for my turn an when in to use the rest room an said it was for paying Customers only when I was a paying customer and she asked me to leave before she called the cops
I have been using Subway for a long time and different locations throughout the states. And I can tell for sure this one is worst off all so far...
Very friendly staff. I didn't know this but only the Wal-Mart subway serves the pizzas. Very sanitary. Good food.
The dude that works here is fantastic at his job. However, he shouldn't have to deal with such a large crowd by himself. Again he manages his time excellently but with so many customers its unfair to the customer that we should have to spend half our lunches waiting for an over priced sub. Went in to get food, no one else in the store. She comes out from the back and says she's too busy "to help me right now, it will be 10 to 15 minutes." So I asked if she wanted me to take my business someplace else, she gave me the same answer. Ok then, Ill go someplace else and off I go. Worst Subway service I've ever experienced.
The food was good feel bad for the kid working he was obviously new and the supervisor shorter blonde lady was very rude to him aggressively tossing the bread racks in an slamming the doors would rather belittle instead of help him nitpicking every move in front of all the customers just bad leadership I feel for the new guy

Worst service ever! Not able to order over the phone so spent 45 minutes trying to place an online order--wouldn't take my payment. Tried to pay through PayPal--still wouldnt take my payment. Drove directly to the business at Argonne Village and was treated so very badly by the employee. It was now an hour before closing time and they obviously wanted to go home. Slamming my sandwich around, rolling her eyes, and speaking to me as if I were stupid. When I apologized for coming in so late and explained the difficulties with paying online after I originally called to place my order, was told that the app doesn't work and that they hear that from many people. I have never felt so disrespected in all my life and will NEVER return to this location again. Sorry I wasted YOUR time!
