Always a great experience at Starbucks. Simple to order and pay and receive points for perks.
Unfortunately the staff is a little rude at this one, and it's not as clean as the others. However, they often have items that are out of stock at other stores. 3.5 stars.
Delicious caramel macchiato and average chicken bacon sandwich. Good customer service.
Their impossible sandwich was delicious, and their London fog was also pretty good.
My boyfriend was just here ordering me a grande white chocolate mocha. I heard the lady myself tell me he couldn’t have a grande drink for some weird reason. Then when he got to the window my boyfriend asked why can’t he have a grande and not a venti..Gabe the person at the window said my boyfriend misunderstood her, but he didn’t I heard her say he couldn’t have a grande iced drink. And then GABE proceeded to be pass aggressive and rude for no reason and was acting like he was trying to just get a free drink when all he wanted was to know why he couldn’t get a smaller drink when that’s what he wanted he didn’t want to pay for a venti drink that he didn’t want. He said things like do you want another cup so you can split it, do you want me to dump it into a grande cup or do you want me to just charge you for a grande and you can have the venti for free. Just very condescending and I listened to it over FaceTime. It was just unnecessary. Happy thanksgiving:)
Super quick and quality coffee! Prices are actually LOWER than every coffee stand now ? so that's a plus too!
I have visited this location many times, as I live in the area, and I have had several issues with my orders. The main issue is not getting what I paid for. Several times, including today, I have had to ask for my drink to get remade because the barista is only filling my cup 3/4’s of the way and 1/2 of the cup is foam. Today’s trip was especially aggravating because there was no apology and the 2nd coffee was made the same way as the first. Either this location is instructing their employees to skimp on ingredients, or they need to do better training. I won’t be a return customer.
HIGHER UPS***** Let me start this off by saying, I hate Starbucks, not going to get into why. But this evening it was the last option, I walk into this lobby low expectations. To be greeted by a clean positive environment and some of the best caring customer service I’ve had. I’ve worked in the food business for over seven years and have seen some pretty unconventional teamwork and low quality service and this experience was so far from it. I PRAY corporate reads this and gives those working on shift at the time (*Alex*, peighton, and Kendra) the recognition they deserve. I didn’t want to come here. I didn’t. But now that I’ve met them, I want to come back.
Love this location! Always quick & friendly. I went here the other day because a different location made my drink wrong and they were so nice about fixing it. They also gave us a scone while we waited and apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you for being so awesome! Completely made my day.
Very welcoming store. My drink tasted delicious.
