First, I have always loved Ron's and it has been a go to for me. I ordered drive through last night and everything seemed normal until I got home and looked at my food. My fries and the sauces I had ordered were missing (it also seemed like the kids behind the counter were screwing around). I called in about it and was told there were new people working. If the doors are open for business I expect to get the same great service of old. If new employees are not ready then I will bypass the place until they are. It's a competitive and expensive market out there. I just want what I pay for and that also includes customer service. I was offered free small fries...this doesn't fix it!
This is my go to place for a weekly fish and chip fix. The fish is always delicate and delicious with a light batter. Usually love the tasty tartar sauce but last time through, the recipe changed and ketchup was added...bummer!
Food was freshly cooked and tasted good. The woman at the drive thru was very friendly, great people skills. Will definitely be going back if I am in the area again
My new favorite place! Ordered the fish n’ chips for my bride and I. I ordered an extra piece thinking I might still be hungry! It wasn’t necessary! Great fish you could tell it was fresh frozen! I guess I didn’t take a pix of the fish! The hamburgers are great too and the service is fast!
The only decent burger place left in town. I hadn't been to Ron's in about 30 yrs. and I'm glad to say that nothing has changed. The large fry is huge and the burger I had was great. Worth the drive from North Spokane. Yummy!
Normally a very good place to eat. I would give it five stars, but I have to return tomorrow morning to discuss the blood red burger that was ice cold in the middle, that I got tonight. Screwing up my orders is not unusual, check your food before you leave the parking lot. Really good place to eat otherwise.
Had a new cashier Yung lady she was awesome she had a beautiful cross bracelet on. Very sweet and helpful. Bacon cheeseburger was phenomenal I will be back for more! Thanks Ron's!
One of the managers Andi is RUDE! I called to vent my frustration because lately when I go through their drive through there is always something missing. This time the fish and chips were missing. I told Andi something is always missing, she responds “why do you continue to eat here then?” Then she threatened to hang up on me because she has zero customer service skills and doesn’t know who to talk to a frustrated consumer. She kept saying she’s not the one that forgot to bag the meal up. The way I was treated tonight by this so called manager, I am going to take this complaint farther than just store level!
So much food for so much cheaper than the chains. Just an all around awesome place to eat.
Ordered food from there on Friday 11/26/21 and we forgot to add an item. When we got to the window we given our total and then we apologized and asked if it was possible to and a large fries. Drive thru attendant said it was fine and gave us our new total. After we paid and got our items we double checked the order and saw we were missing the large fries our kids meal drink and a shake we ordered so we went into the lobby and told them about the missing items. We were then told that no Everything that we ordered was in the bag and that our order was complete except for the shake. I went back in with the full order and showed it to the Red haired lady at the front and ask she walked me through the order she was being rude and noticed that we were missing the kids drink and ice cream. She gave me the drink and when I asked about the extra large order of fries she and the Window Attendant said it wasnt on our order receipt. When I told them once again the situation they said that there was no other receipts so i got frustrated even more and left…my wife then got mad went indside and started arguing with the same two people and told them to give her the money back or give her the fries she paid for. They told her that same thing about the item not being on the receipt and so she asked them to check their system they checked and OMG there are the fries!! This whole thing could have been resolved alot faster if they used better customer service and actually looked up the order instead of just arguing with customers. Very bad experience and super annoying. Please do better
