Called in an order and the kid who answered the phone sounded stoned. Hindsight I should have hung up. I’m given a 25min estimate. I get there on time and the guy said it would be a few minutes. 15min later I ask for an update all the kids get confused, after some back and forth arguing the pizza is found. Get home and the pizza is barely cut. And at this point it’s not hot. Over all its average Spokane pizza. This place could be better. The lack of leadership is clearly evident, and too many confused kids spending more time talking about their love life than focusing on their job. I honestly feel bad for the owners.
ordered a taco pizza with jalapenos. Didn't get those. It's supposed to have beef on it there's like barely any and like four pieces of fresh tomatoes. I also got the Thai chicken, with no crunchy noodles. There was noodles and the pizza was extremely soggy and hardly any toppings but green onions. At least the taco pizza was edible. I gave Two stars because although the order for the taco pizza was wrong it didn't taste bad.
Ordered here several different times in the last 2 years. Pizza is usually pretty good, but they're VERY inconsistent in actually checking our selections on additional or omitting certain toppings, or actually having any toppings... Bunch of high schoolers working there and almost always on their phones when I walk in. Lack of quality control is the biggest issue at the Valley location. I called about the incorrect order and they hung up on me. Called again, and the only reply was “we’re busy sorry, call back later”. Very disappointing experience (again). Probably the last time I’ll order from this place
The order is never on time whether it's for pickup or delivery. Not to mention I've ordered form here 100's of times and my order is usually wrong. Ohh and I live around the corner still takes over an hour to get to my house. Might be a good idea to hire on more drivers.
It’s okay, got three different pizza’s each pizza was just okay taste was there but nothing that would make me wanna crave to come back. Pizza dough could have been cooked a little longer. Don’t think I will be back, but if you are next door at the brewery and hammered drunk it would be a good drunk option for substance in your belly.
Used to be a good place to get pizza. Recently the quality has been hit or miss. Messed up our pizza. The order sticker on the box had the correct toppings listed. The pizza on the other hand had an extra topping we neither requested or would have wanted.
Love the flavor of the pizza, however, every time we order, whether it be pick up or delivery l, it’s never exactly what we ordered. For the price of the pizza, we should get exactly what we order.I always order “thin crust”. This is the 4th time it hasn’t been “thin”. They say it’s because they have to roll it out so it might not be great. Looks exactly like the normal crust(as shown in photos). No difference. When we order extras, like sauce, we don’t get that either. I don’t complain if it’s one time, it’s been multiple times. I see young employees there that need to pay more attention to detail for the business’ own rapport.
Took awhile to get. Understandable. However not getting what was paid extra for unacceptable. No Garlic flavor crust. No Spicy White sauce. As you can see in picture, a dollop of red sauce here and there. Will NOT be ordering again. Very little cheese.
We just ordered an extra large pepperoni supreme pizza from you and took it home. We assumed we got what we ordered. We started eating the pizza and remarked there was very little pepperoni on the pieces of pizza we were eating. Upon getting a second slice we realized there was very little pepperoni on the rest of the pizza as well. I called to speak with the manager and she said if we brought in the whole pizza back in she would give us one with more pepperoni on it. I advised her we only had 7 pieces of the pizza left because we each ate one. She said “ so you ate all the pizza and now you want a new one?” I told her to just forget it and we won’t be coming back. She said “have a great day!” We are so disappointed. Shame on you River City. You won’t screw us twice or be rude to us twice. Karma. Never forget karma!
This was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! My husband agrees and he is ridiculously picky about pizza. I had the spicy John which was delicious! I thought the green olives sounded strange but they weren't and I am so glad I left them on! My husband had the Philly pizza and it was equally amazing! The driver was very nice and the delivery was super fast and piping hot! We will never order from another pizza place again, Rivercity pizza forever!!
