This was about a year ago so maybe that dude's gone by now, but...Ordered a pizza for delivery. The delivery took about 45 mins despite being 2 miles away. When we finally sit down and open the box it's the wrong pizza. I called the store and told them what happened, I spoke to the exasperated and rude manager who took some convincing to send me the right pizza. Dude tells me to SEND THE OTHER PIZZA BACK with the pizza delivery guy! Ridiculous. Of course when the pizza was delivered i kept both pizzas.
I tried to originally order online and it wouldn't process. Ended up having to call my order in instead. The first lady I spoke to was very pleasant and had great communication over the phone. The man that delivered our dinner did not bring a 2L bottle that I had requested and he was so kind and said he would go back and get a 2l for us. However he was back within a minute, there is no way that young man drove all the way to the pizza store and back in that time Frame and the traddic that would have been present at that time. I called the store right away to have them call him and tell him not to bother but the lady on the phone that time was Incredibly rude and short. This young man did not go to the pizza store he went out of his way and went to the store or convenience store and purchased our 2L for us with his own money, sure a 2L may not cost a lot but the fact that he went out of his way do that. He was wearing a green plaid shirt and drove a gold/tan PT cruiser. The fact that this gentlemen went above and beyond customer service he deserves to be noticed! And that his selfless act did not go unnoticed. We tried to grab cash for him but he was gone right away.
First off, I worked food service, so I get it. Secondly, I'm not a Karen, because I am not some privileged person who expects perfection. However, when you have to spend $50 on undercooked pizza that looked like it was baked under a heat lamp and looks like a lightly toasted Michelin man with acne AND wait 45 minutes (instead of 20, like told) for pickup, and having some people standing around not knowing what's going on (most not wearing masks as well) then yes, I think I'd have some say on things. This used to be my go to place.I get it, times are tough, but it seems a LOT of people lack caring when it comes to something so simple. If it didn't look done and it was an error on equipment, then I would have happily waited a little longer. But if it looks like this and you think it's ready, when it's doughy, you should probably rethink on making pizza. Also, chicken was cold. If I wanted to bake my own pizza, I'd go to Papa Murphy's. Sorry guys, but I wasn't impressed. There have been mistakes before, but they were minor. Nothing is perfect. I normally don't even write these kinds of reviews. But this was not a good experience and I really hope things improve. I loved this place for 30 years and I still wanna love it. But, not when there is no care involved.
Been getting pizza from the Pipeline for 32 years and my last visit sealed the deal that I will never go back again. Ordered online and went and picked up, drove back across the valley and opened up pizza, no cheese. Called and talked to the manager and was told it may have been a glitch in the system and that they would do nothing for me and it wasn't her problem and that I should call corporate in the morning. A real manager would have not only fixed it, but also threw in some bread sticks or a soda or something. Horrible, no, worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. Who eats pizza with no cheese? Should have been a clue something was wrong right there.
My usual Choice for pizza delivery. I love their cinnamon sticks.
Got to love the sampler oh my God it's amazing
I didnt like it. I prefer Round Table if they didnt take 1.5 hrs to deliver pizza but my favorite is Northwest pizza on 16th they have nice dough and their cheese blend is way way better than Pipeline or roundtable. I would take Northwest in heath beat over pipeline. Ordered cheese and it was awful taste. You guys need to work n your cheese blend for sure. Wont be back and if you like quality pizza look for other place.Sorry 1st and last time customer.3 stars just because it fast delivery but taste is not good.
Excellent pizza slices for lunch. Just a few choices like cheese, pepperoni and Canadian bacon. Wish the would add Hawaiian to the lunch menu. Two slices and a drink 5 dollars. Excellent value that tastes good.
This pizza was okay. We got a 16 inch Pepperoni Pizza, Buffalo Wing Bites and Zesty Cheesy Bread it was $31 for pickup. The pizza tasted ok and had a good amount of cheese and pepperoni other then that it was plain and there was too much sauce near the crust edge only. The Zesty Cheesy sticks were also very plain and had no flavor it tasted just like cheese only which it did have a lot of. Then the Wing Bites were really hot which is a good thing but I didn't like the flavor much like I do at other pizza places. So I think it was okay but not good enough to where I'd pick it out of other places.
Pipeline is the best and I love that they deliver, but I typically do carry out because the people that work at the Pipeline on Sullivan have a great sense of humor and are super friendly. I've never had a wrong order and my wait time is never ridiculous.
