I ordered pizza online from the location at Pines and 12th in Spokane Valley. The expected wait time was 30 minutes. After 60 minutes and no pizza I called to find out when I could expect it. They said it had just left the facility 4 minutes ago, even though I received a text 30 minutes earlier saying it was out for delivery. After 90 minutes and still no pizza I called again. The person I spoke with had a difficult time finishing my order and after 10 minutes on the phone said it had been delivered. I asked for a refund at that point
It was easy to order and came when I requested it. My recent experiences with Pizza Hut have not always been that good.
Don’t partially burn the pizza and don’t burn the bread sticks. Also I came for the crust, it was bland and crummy and apparently nothing like it used to be. If the old crust is the one that you have to pay extra for, I’m just never coming back. It always seems like coming here is hit or miss, there are other places that are cheaper that hit the mark almost every time.
I usually eat Dominos but decided I'd have Pizza Hut this time, I remembered their crust being really greasy but I'm guessing that's the pan pizza and I opted for hand tossed.That was the most disgusting pizza I've had in a long time. It was as if they forgot the sauce and then all the toppings were super dry. We tried eating the left overs and I threw mine in the trash. It didn't have any good flavor to it. Now I know why I stopped ordering from them. Even the cheesy bread was like it had been heated from frozen. Yuk never again!! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
Ordered online two medium pizzas last night at 6:00pm. said it would be delivered in 70 minutes after waiting 45 minutes, we received a call saying it would be another 1 1/2 hours for delivery I canceled the order. this is ridiculous. I realize I live in WA but I was looking for dinner, not a midnight munchie snack on a weeknight
The pizza is great, the customer service at time of pick up is great. My only issue is the mobile app is terrible, has been terrible for a long time. If you want a strongly agree get the app fixed!
Haven’t been here for years. When my husband drove through for our pizza and asked for Parmesan, they told him they charge for it. He was a bit surprised, but paid for it. They gave him his change and sent him in his way but no Parmesan. When we called to complain, you now are connect to an overseas company that “tries to connect “ you to the store. No one ever comes back. It’s not about the money, but won’t go back. I’ll shop local.
I’ve been going to Pizza Hut for over 20 years now over the last few months I’ve had the worst service I could possibly imagine from a business that is supposed to give good customer service not to mention the manager and general manager refused to give their names so you knew who you were talking to I have never been yelled at by a manager who is to be taking my order maybe by an employee but never a manager I am done going to Pizza Hut oh not to mention when speaking to this particular manager I was also told that I’m not allowed to order from Pizza Hut again all because I asked her name to complain corporate ???♀️
On our last order we received the wrong wings. We were told we had a $15 credit for that incident. A week give or take later we called to place an order again. We indicated we had a $15 credit and we were immediately transferred to "the manager", my wife sat on hold for 20 minutes. I called twice, and was transferred to supervisors number, sat on hold for a total of 10 minutes total. When someone finally picked up, we were told we had to get the $15 credit approved, thar we would have to talk their corporate office. Absolutely, hands down, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This was the Pines store in Spokane Valley. I hope their corporate office gets this. We'll never order through them again. We're ordering through Domino's now.
My order came without, 3 orders of quepapas and 12 Cajun wings. The driver went back to get the rest of the order. First time the screwed up, I order Alot.
