If I could give no stars I would. I called to place an order for 3 pizzas for a business meeting. I had to go through a call list to get ahold of someone. When I finally did they sounded like they worked from home. Heard some kind of dog or something in the back ground. This papa John’s location is 4 minutes away from my business and they wanted to charge almost $70 for delivery. That is ridiculous! I called another pizza company who is further away from us and they only charged $45. I used to love papa John’s but after this plus some other bad experiences I think I am done with this place.
$5 mandatory delivery charge doesn't go to the driver!? I've been in Pizza delivery and never heard of such corporate greed for a Pizza Delivery Company. So, Papa John doesn't want to pay his drivers and I have to? What a joke.
I was hired she know of my service dog her being Maltese makes her to mot shed and hypoallergenic .Day of work some man fired me before I evan has a chance I bought black pants red shirt filled gas tank and I had no money after this and now NO JOB I so wanted to work .Not evan a chance my service dog would of never been close to Pizza. Couldn't evan refund me for the money I spent Thanks I will never say anything good about this place and I have told many many people.
Small pizza for $14.99 is an absolute rip off. You'd figure they'd actually put some toppings on for that price. This is a glorified personal pan pizza from Pizzahut. Total waste of money. No wonder they fall way down the list of pizza places. Could get way more pizza for your money from Dominos. The only reason they have "better toppings" is because they don't give you any.
I have never had a problem ordering from this papa johns before and I’ve had my fair share from here. Tonight we come into the the store to order and the menu clearly states the Shaq-Roni-pizza for $13. The employees however state that this is no longer a deal. I order 3 things it’s 54 plus dollars. Come out to the car cuss and discuss with my spouse pull my app up and yet still see the Shaq-roni- pizza for $13 go to the specials and get 2 large pizzas 2 toppings and order the same thing I just did inside and now pay $34 plus dollars. I walk inside to advise the employees that the shaq-roni that on there app it is still promo at $13 they continue to disagree with me and I said I already ordered online I just ask u make the sauce light and walked out to wait for my pizza. Unfortunately they lost a customer tonight..Remember even tho it’s posted 3 different times it is not offered.

Question?? How can you place an order and never get it but are charged. And no one at Papa Johns can find your order.This store. - Do not order from here. I was visiting for out of state and placed order, never got the order and was charged. Been trying for weeks to get my money back and everyone keeps telling me they cannot find the order.
I've never had Papa John's before and decided to use my gift card that I received about 3-4 years ago. I called to check the balance before I went and it said I had $10. I put in an order and went to pick up and pay and the worker said the other girl had made the wrong size pizza so they were remaking it. We then tried to pay with the gift card and after she did the gift card she threw it away and we were going to continue to the second payment. She said something went wrong with the screen and apologized because it's happened before. She then tried again and then had to go get an older lady to help her. The older lady tried and then told me she couldn't do anything because it was $0 balance. I told her that I checked before I came and it was $10 balance. She said she couldn't do anything. She said she didn't know where I purchased the gift card from they don't have cards and I said I received it from a franchise owner a while back and she said well it must have been like 5 years ago. On the gift card it says that the value never expires. Even the first employee that helped me had said it's happened before. I didn't understand. So I walked out. When I got home, I called the to check the gift card balance again and it said $0. I then spoke with their customer service that said the balance is $0 because $10 was transaction was used today. I asked if he can pin point it to the store it was used at and he gave me this store number! So I called this store back and she said her boss said she can't do anything about it. They can't refund, they can't do anything. They said maybe the call center will be able to do that kind of stuff. They were obviously able to take the $10, but was not able to give me the credit for my order. So disappointed.
