Just a thought. When you ask a drive thru customer to wait in a numbered spot for their order don't make them wait while you prepare the order of the car behind them as well. I waited way longer then should have been necessary for one sandwich. The coffee.... don't even get me started!!! Overfilled defective cup. I am wearing a good part of it not to mention the carpet that got a good dose. Sadly it was the only thing in the order that was hot!!!!
Ordered a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and a cookie. They forgot the cookie but confirmed it was in the bag. Most of the chicken salad was stuck to the paper off to the side of the sandwich. After putting it back on the bread, it appears that there was maybe 1-2 tablespoons of salad per half. Taste was great as usual, for what it’s worth.
Food quality is really good, and so is how much you get with every meal. The family meal is definitely enough to feed a family of four, unless you have teenagers with endless stomachs. I like that there is a minimal amount of human contact as an option; as in there's a kiosk and they'll just drop off the food at your table and leave or call you up to the kitchen drop off counter.
Customer service sucks. Ordered through door dash and forgot to add some things so I called to see if I could pay over the phone and have them added to the bag which was followed by a very harsh "no" after asking me very harshly to "hold on" she was gone for a few minutes could hear her laughing and in a good mood then gets back on the phone and is a compleatly different person. I know they can be really busy but customer service is everything and it really made me not want want order from here again because this is the second time they have been rude after ordering. Kind of just over it at this point.
On two different occasions I came through the drive-through to pick up my order, Both times they messed it up they forgot couple of the items on first order on a second order and they forgot one item. They are not very detailed when it comes to placing items in bags so check your order if you’re ordering at this place.
Great food. Customer service sucks. Next time people order a big order and go to pick it up. Don't be rude to the customer who politely asked where the food was. While standing there waiting for help they completely ignored my mother. Makes us not want to order from you again.
We ordered for our work lunch approx. a week ago and it was great. We ordered the Family Feast for dinner tonite, says it feeds 4 people. The salad was only big enuf for barely 2, the soup was great, but the four half sandwiches were horrible! Barely any meat at all and dry.
I ordered the half sandwich macaroni and cheese for the 1st time and there are hard pieces of mac and cheese hard as rocks. I almost broke my teeth it was that hard. Toast was burnt as well. Waited in drive thru line for 20min. I called 3 times no one ever answers the phone. Absolutely awful. Get it together at the Spokane Valley location. ???????
Today wasn’t a good day at Paneras in Spokane Valley. We have eaten there several times as we live in the neighborhood and are uusually very happy with everything. This morning we tried breakfast with delivery. The delivery was fine but our breakfast sandwiches were wrong. The receipt on the bag clearly stated bacon to be on our sandwiches but we both got sausage! I was really wanting that bacon! I called and the person on the phone handled it well and said they would credit me back the whole order and apologized.Tonight we decided to give them another chance. We ordered our favorite Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwiches on white miche. No tomato.The sandwiches were not wrapped correctly so mine was a mess and had a slice of tomato. My husbands sandwich was awful. One half had maybe a teaspoon of salad and the other half wasA lettuce sandwich! No salad.We tried calling Panera's but no one would pick up the phone. It was then 20 min till closing.I am so disappointed and will contact the manager in the morning.
Very disappointed in Panera. I ordered food online and went to pick it up waited 20 minutes in the drive through because the inside was closed. When it was my turn I was told I had to pick it up inside. There where no signs stating that or on the website saying I couldn’t pick up my order in the drive through. The lady was so rude about it. I asked if I could this one time and she said no exceptions. Are you kidding me? So I went inside in my slippers because I wasn’t expecting to go inside and the lady inside said I was able to pick up my order through the drive through. On top of that waited another 5 minutes because my order still wasn’t ready. Came home and my half Cesar salad lettuce is all brown. I will never eat at Panera again!
