This Panda is non stop prepared to feed their guest.It doesn't matter if it's 11am or 1pm or even 5pm, they are never prepared.And don't bother asking them why they are constantly out of the most requested food item.They roll their eyes at you and say I'm sorry. I'm sorry.Don't waste your time with this Panda on Sprague and Carnahan across from autozone in The Valley
I arrived at 8:36pm and the girl asked me what i would like. As i started to order she interrupted me telling me that if i wanted that item i would have to waite 20 min. As i look at the hot table i realize its all clean and only 3 sides where in bowls. I asked why. She then said they always clean up and put everything away half hour befor they close.... Well as i came into the place i noticed baout 4 cars in the drive thru. So why do they close up early if they are so busy. They didnt even offer me a discount for having to wait and or not even being able to order what i wanted.
As a regular panda customer my order was wrong, then they were rude to me when I mentioned it nicely. Then saw the staff ignore the Doordasher waiting for his order patiently while serving everyone else first. They clearly are unprofessional and to be avoided. Every other Panda Express has better service and attitude from the employees.
I have never experienced such bad customer service as I have at this restaurant. They were incredibly rude to my family two visits in a row. Both times it was completely unwarranted. We will not return.
This place has gone downhill. No utensils with a meal nor sauce for rice. Eating this in my car at work sucks when i have to use my dam fingures.
I just love they're all around service and their food
The staff here is the most unprofessional and last attentive staff that I have experienced as of late. I walked up and 3 staff looked directly at me. They said nothing. No hello. No acknowledgement. I stood there for almost 5 minutes and then walked out. I know Panda Express food is what it is, but to be completely ignored by 3 of the 6 or so people there felt isolating and rude.
Horrible service and my order was not only wrong, but incomplete. The little girl I spoke to is rude and has no business working with the public! I’m not going to be called a liar by some little kid! I WILL be calling the manager in the morning! I took pictures of our food and it’s ridiculous!
Chicken undercooked and veggies seemed old and dry. Egg roll was mushy. Service was rushed and they placed box upside down in to-go bag making it drip grease over everything, the got annoyed with me for asking to make it right. I've been to several Pandas and this is by far the worst
