Idk what it is, if this location has a different training program or what but the staff here is always so kind and so friendly in every form of interaction from order placement, to payment and pick up (drive thru) no matter who’s working.I swear every time I come through, I have to remind myself that I’m NOT at a chick fil a with the level of customer service I receive from working staff. Never have I experienced this level of customer service and hospitality from a McDonald’s restaurant. Keep up the great work you guys!This location really stands out to me and always has me looking forward to my next return. Plus, y’all now have me driving specifically to your restaurant every time I’m out in the valley even though there’s another restaurant closer to I-90 off Argonne exit (and I live on the north side).10/10 would recommend. Literally if you ever need someone to make your day, go to this location I promise they will not disappoint. And you’ll have some McDonald’s food, too!

service wasss so slowwww!! Took awhile before someone took our order then we decided on drinks only cause nobody was getting their food, she was also on her phone ?? there was plenty of staff!!! the drink bar was a mess!!

Worst service ever. Order was wrong, customer service was extremely bad. Cost me more money in gas, to go back and fix the order. Rude when I came back in. Next time I will sit in your window and open every item to double check my order because your customer service was horrible! Not only that your order takers don't listen when you order. He repeated my order but that was not what was printed on my receipt. What a waste of my time and GAS..

Food is always very poorly prepared or missing items at this location. I understand it’s tough nowadays to find kids willing to work, but I’ve had the same problem here for many years and that tells me it’s an ownership problem. Have had enough, won’t patronize this location ever again. The fry picture is how it came. Same with the filet-o-fish.

So normally McDonald’s is not my go to restaurant. I usually prefer Carl’s Jr. or Wendy’s. With that said McDonald’s has the best app for ordering as well as the curb side pick up is second to none. No reason to wait in line at the drive-through or even go into the restaurant. The curbside is fast and efficient. And if you use the app there are always great deals. One dollar large fry or a one dollar coffee or even discounted meals. Superfast super easy. Everyone needs to take a lesson from McDonald’s service.

I tried to order a 20 piece McNugget and a employee said they’re not in freezing anymore for the night and was scum about it. You work in food serves if I wanted to order a twenty piece you make it. This is pathetic hour before they even closed was told this horrid les service and every time I go to this McDonald’s employee is smirky or just out right rude. This makes all McDonald’s look bad and like i said it’s pathetic get a different job.

The rumors are not true. Paul Blart: Mall Cop does not actually live at the bottom of the ballpit. I bought all of this scuba equipment for nothing. I feel betrayed. Oh well, I'll find him eventually.

Not sure if you guys were just having a bad day today but I asked for a Spicy Chicken sandwich. They gave me a Mcchicken with spicy sauce all over it. Including the outside. Gross, i don’t even think it was from the wrapping either because it was literally ALL over it. Giving a 2 star cause the fries were fresh. Otherwise 1 star.

Guys, your service was great but you need to tell the cook to deep fry the nuggets a little longer. All my nuggets are soggy.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever gone through. There were apx 6 cars ahead of me in the drive through. Took 25 minutes to get my food, was not even ready when we got to the window. They refuse to move cars forward, but offer to call the police if you don't move quick enough.. Yes, I was threatened by the Assistant manager for asking a question. They had one car that probably took up about 12 minutes in the drive through, they would not pull them forward. The car directly in front of us, forgot to order something, and ordered it at the pickup window, so we had to wait for them to make 2 McFlurrys. Never thought to pull anyone forward. I mean I get it you are having problems with hiring competent staff, that does not mean you need to hire people who are unqualified to put a mask on correctly.. Oh thats right the guy giving us the food, had his mask around his chin.. Bit of a violation of Gov orders..
