I understand being short staffed but that is never an excuse for poor customer service. I placed an order through the app and received confirmation that it would be delivered in approximately 35 minutes. My driver texted me to tell me they were out of the soda I chose. This message was received at the time I was told my order would be delivered. An entire half hour later, he texted me again and said he has to leave because the wait is too long. So, I called the store to check in because that seemed extremely odd. A girl answered the phone (I believe she said her name was Heidi) and was clearly exasperated. I told her the situation and let her know, I just wanted to check in on the food I’ve already paid for. She got extremely defensive and told me they were short staffed and their manager left.As someone who has worked a lot of customer service, I get it but you don’t talk to your customers that way or give excuses. She rudely told me my food would be PUT IN THE OVEN NEXT. That is nearly an hour and a half after I sent my order to the store. I let her know I wasn’t trying to be rude but I had been waiting a really long time for this food. Instead of offering any apologies or anything to rectify the situation, she told me my food would be ready soon and hung up on me.I had to call the customer support line and wait on hold for nearly 20 minutes to talk to someone about what was going on and even the guy who answered there wasn’t much help. My order eventually arrived uncut and undercooked. What a huge waste of money and time. If I could give zero stars I would. According to these other reviews, this wasn’t an isolated incident either. I will be taking my business to their multiple competitors along Sullivan.
My wife ordered 3 pies and cpl orders of bread stick at 5:40 tonight. Went in three different times and was told pies are in the oven. At 7:20 after blowing a gasket they finally put together an order. I understand being short staffed and having a rough night. The best service is to be honest. Say I don’t know where your order is we are so behind. I know it’s hard to do but why waste a costumers half hr drive into town cause she was told 25 minutes to wait 2 hours. Not even offer a discount or refund. We as customers understand stuff happens. Be honest.
Another bad experience. This stores expedition process is a joke. I just waited 37 minutes for an order with three items. I was assured it would take “just a minute.” The customers who ordered after me were all gone by the time my order was finally ready. And when I asked for the manager and 1-800 number; I was given snarky attitude and told to go online. The manager spoke rudely to her employees as well as to the customers. She stated she was very understaffed, that’s understandable and forgivable. But to not follow BLAST or “please/thank you,” is where I draw the line.Hire better, cleaner more competent people please.
Horrible experienced, ordered my pizza ahead of time, I waited and waited and never got the email informing me it was ready. I went in and the cashier was complaining about having a fever and was trying to give a cold pizza that has been sitting on the counter for god knows how long.. finally got fed up and asked for a refund. Very unprofessional, not going back to this location again.
I prefer this Little Cesar's over the others around the area. They are understaffed so they often get slammed. I recommend ordering ahead online for a quicker experience.
I had a T-Mobile 2 for one offer. Ordered 2 of the same pizzas. One was nice and fresh and the second one was old and like cardboard.
The kids love little Caesars pizza! The easy way to get in and out quickly is order on the portal. You feel like a VIP when you get in and out in 60 seconds with portal order! The bad side is sometimes if it's really busy you may have to wait for a half hour after your estimated pick up time.
Called in my order 20 minutes before I came in still had to wait another 20 minutes or so(for 2 pizza) while waiting I seen multiple employees go from handling money or the phone to working on pizzas without washing hands. apparently there was no supervisors on shift. And this was my pizza
For anyone that buys pepperoni Pizza from Little Caesars on Sullivan in Spokane wa Make sure you check it. For the last two times in a row It was never pepperoni it was always cheese pizza and when I got home I was pist at my self why I didn't check it before I left. I'm done buying from them at that Location. Rather than that the flavor is awesome If you get what you ordered.
To the lady who took my order and has a family member who is also autistic like my son, thank you for doing this and thank you for making my sons birthday amazing. He’s so excited and loves his pizza. You guys definitely don’t let us down ever. Thank you a million times!!!
