The last 3 times I've ordered from this location they got my order wrong. I just ordered from on 2/12/22 and thr bread was hard as a rock and I had to wait 30 minutes for my order to arrive. I will no longer purchase from this store. I usually buy front them at least once a week some times twice. But the service has gone way down hill. The employees act like they are only there for a paycheck.
Polite staff. They were very busy and I was to pick up my order with a short wait. Was glad to see they had concerns for customers by following health and safety guidelines. Food was delicious!Update 1/29/22The avocado was put in a solo cup and for over a dollar charge it didn't seem like much. When I arrived to pick up my online order and had asked the cashier to explain to me where I would put promo code and he explained he didn't know much about the online ordering but it was at the checkout, I figured it out...it's before you check out. Anyway he didn't off a solution nor ask a coworker for help. When I had gone back in to pick up my order I asked a different employee and was told they could void my order and I could start over... somewhat frustrating if you ask me. Also when I placed the order I requested napkins and not one napkin was in the bag. I expected my order to be on the shelf by the door and it wasn't. I had to ask for it. Bread was delicious as usual.
We order from here about 2-3 times a week - always fast, fresh food. You never have to question if the bread is old and stale like Subway. Amazing price, great customer service coming from a younger crew, & fresh food! Love this place!
They didn't respect any of my changes at all. They didn't get any part of my order right. Absolutely terrible I threw everything away. I'd love a refund but I know they don't care if they destroyed my meal. Hopefully this helps everyone choose never to eat here because they definitely don't care about there customers at all!

Not quite as freaky fast as they say. Have ordered over the phone a few times and had to wait way longer than I thought to get my food.
