Always had a good experience for the last 5+years and all deliveries went well with nice drivers. Even tho menu is limited their sandwich size is great and worth the price, very tasty. Highly recommend their spicy ranch dip, it compliments their sub's and chips very well.

The sandwiches are fresh as you would expect and the customer service was on point on both my visits.However, the sandwiches really aren't that large and are overpriced in comparison to say Subway.I'm not a huge eater but I expected something more filling for the cost of the sandwich.I think three out of five stars is fair.
Who closes on the weekends? Ordered from here because it’s a few blocks from my house, but I’m never ordering here again.
Great food great service, whenever they're open. Apparently they close at 6:00 on weekdays and aren't even open on weekends. So that leaves everyone within their block radius S.O.L. if they want a sandwich, there's even another Jimmy John's like four or five blocks away on Sullivan but the area I live in is a block or so out of the radius. I have four mouths to feed and that kind of just ruins our night. Thanks Jimmy.
Horrible service. Was not greeted, was not talked to in any way. My online pickup was on a table for public use and I was only directed there after asking one of the employees after being ignored by the employees on the line.
Just wish the Pines location was open for delivery on Sundays. Always great food though!
Food was good, but customer service is lacking... very inattentive staff. I'd recommend they find a new line of occupation very quickly if they can't handle simple customers needs!
I came in for a sandwich. This crew had my sandwich in 30 seconds! That's how it's done. My last few visits, at other stores, were slow. This place revived my Jimmy John's spirit.
