Tried a different coffee stand only to be disappointed. The barista was very friendly. But my hot milk was NOT what asked for. There was no coffee in it and after asking for 2 shots of flavor, all Itasted was milk. I got was a cup of hot milk!? Just the opposite of what I needed after a long morning and needing a pick-me-up. I'll stick to my usually coffee place, even if it is outta my way.
They have the best coffee in the Valley. Love their Carmel latte. They are super fast and friendly and affordable even without a club punch card like so many other places run. Almost hate leaving a review because the lines are never too long but they deserve all the hype.
I NEVER complain..... I'm just not that type of person. BUT....that being said, I go to the airway heights location a lot, as do many girls I go to school with. Our school is right next to this stand. I am not the only one who has had bad service from this location. This last week I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your gals there. Never been disappointed, they will do suggestions of any sort or mix, their prices for quality can't be beat. They have a huge range of options from lotus to matcha too expresso shots. They also have a range of baked goods that are always fresh and tast great. Perfect place if you had to skip breakfast.
Great first experience here for an Iced Hazelnut Latte! Delicious! Long wait but was on a weekend and there’s a reason everyone wants to go here.

Not Sullivan stand today. I’ve always had great experiences at Jacobs Java (12 yrs) all the girls (1- guy) over the years have been wonderful. Minutes ago at the Sullivan stand, I was personally offended directly by employee. I can’t believe this I asked for the silver back and she stated here you need it worse than me….. WOW. I GUESS A DOLLAR TIP ON A $4.75 drink isn’t enough for HER.
My drink was a lil sweet but that's the first time I ordered and most people like these sweet. The girl who helped us was very friendly. I'd go again.
