Food is amazing but ordering was a little frustrating. The meat in the burgers had excellent flavor though. Oh and they were a bit skimpy on the ketchup, otherwise it was amazing!
This jack in the box is always my favorite to stop at when my boyfriend and I are wanting a fast food night ? they're always so kind and Braden hands out your food with a big smile. I've yet to have a bad experience at this location! Food hot, fries are salted, and the customer service is pretty great!
As I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order. They tune off the lights and let me know that the car ahead of me was there last order of the night. I had been sitting in the drive thru for 8 minutes. Poor service. I'm only one person but I will never come back to this jack in the box.
they were really cool they didn't have what I wanted so I ordered something else and they were out of the sausage so they were willing to add toppings to make up for it was pretty cool of them
Breakfast at lunch time! Friendly staff! Quick service!. You have to ask for a straw ( thanks Inslee). The food was hot and fresh! They make it when you order it!
I feel like they mess something up every order. The crew always looks dirty. Only reason it’s not a 1 is because the food tastes good.
The quality of food has gone downhill lately. We aren't sure why we keep coming back. Old crusty buns and patties that are pretty small anymore. Sad. We won't be visiting again for a while.
I was there Sunday 11/21 around 830pm, got the chicken sandwich combo. It felt dry and hard to eat... around 3am,4am woke up with the biggest stomachache with abdominal pain. The diarrhea started to kick in later Monday afternoon. By Tuesday 11/23 I got major stomach pain and had two episodes of diarrhea. Blowouts. I have been to this location tons of times. But I guess accidents happen. I will be going back at a later date but for right now I'll pass.
Food was old tasting and fries was cold. Hamburger tasted like it was cooked 3 hrs ahead then put cheese on it. Cheese was not even melted. Wont be going back here for another 5 years.
New burger is very, very bland. Got a kids meal, all they put in the bag was a burger, no fries.....just a sad pathetic burger. No sauces provided for the egg rolls, tea tastes like its starting to ferment(possibly lack of cleaning?) And since when do you need to request napkins? And plastic forks? Not sure if this is all of the jack in the boxes around spokane, but i would not recommend the one on argonne in spokane washington!!!
