Bartender Ryan is great. He could be a waitress as well as the head bartender. Always friendly, knows his food service as well as his drinks he serves. Never misses a beat!Love the prime rib dinners and sides. Always get the condiments. Awesome bartender and business!!!
The service was utterly disappointing here. Me and my Uncle had just gotten done working for the night and went here to try and get a bite to eat before heading home. We walked in about 1:26 am which is before the listed closing time of 2 am online. After walking in we where told that they had already done last call and were no longer serving anyone because he had to get home to his wife. We said that we where just looking for some food to eat. He then asked what bar we had came from and then referred us to another bar while we were just looking for food and not drinks. We left after saying "your loss". We left the building and were then unexpectedly and aggressively pursued hostilely by one of the bar tenders into the parking lot yelling from a distance "Don't hit my Mercedes Benz!" confusedly my uncle asked him to repeat his statement "Don't hit my Mercedes Benz!" then pointed to his new 2022 Mercedes AMG G-Wagon. The bar tender then got into my uncles face trying to pick a fight. To note neither of us had a sip of alcohol all night. Neither of us were rude or unkind in any way. We are truly disappointed in the dis-service that was exhibited by that bar tender. He needs to be fired as he is a dangerous threat to innocent citizens. Both myself and my uncle where very startled by his aggression. That bar tender in both are opinions was coming out into the parking lot looking for a fight with one of us. If 0 stars was an option that is what this place would get.
We used to love Iron Horse, but the place has gone downhill. I was mortified and embarrassed when I took family there for breakfast and got cracked and FILTHY dishes and cold and un-edible food. We should have driven a little further to Crimson Hearth and got some real food on clean platters from attentive and caring staff. Never again.
Played pool here during a "karaoke" night. Omg it was bad, holy fn s***t was it bad. I had to put my headphones in to drown out all of the terrible singing. Holy s***t people I was in choir did solos, sing all the time, but would still never force somebody to listen to me. I've never heard worse karaoke in my life. Wow..the pool was good tho.
They ran out of prime rib…assuming because it’s amazing! Substituted with steak and holy wow! So good! Highly recommend! Great service and great food!
I ordered an 8oz steak w/loaded baked potato and my bf got a hot pastrami sandwich. His sandwich was literally just a few slices of meat and some melted cheese on a giant hogie bun. No mayo, mustard, onions, nothing. My steak was okay. Nothing special. I guess it's a fun place for karaoke and drinking but wouldn't get too excited to eat there.
Went looking for karaoke!! Found a great set up here at the Iron Horse. They even had music on the current music charts! We arrived late, so the kitchen was closed, but I hear they have a great menu.
Loved it! And the karaoke ? host was fun and there was so many great singers. We had a wonderful time there will definitely be going back
Not sure I’d say customer service was horrible, considering we waited 15-20 and never had anyone come over and even talk to us. Not to mention the drunk guy behind the bar who was serving customers. Lots of drama on the way out with various guests being upset with service and others in the building.
Love this place and the staff that works there. Great food and great service and I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted a good night out and dinner
