Update: This place is a joke. It took them 3 days but a general manager (can't remember her name) called me and offered me two free large pizzas that I can only redeem at this store lol. Get real, I wouldn't trust this place to cook a shoe for me, there's no way I would go back.This place is so inconsistent I can't recommend it or go back anymore lol. See the included pics. Not sure why they cut it like that either, Dominos used to cut thin crusts in squars. The Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza looked bizarre, I've never got one that greasy from Dominos before, it's literally orange- colored lol and I didn't order extra pepperoni. A shame really because I've had good food here but it's been over a year since those days.
When I went in to order food for my son several female employees were talking about personal life issues which should have not been spoken about in a work setting. This behavior caused them to not pay attention to customers coming in to order food in which I had to wait 15 minutes to even start an order , and then wait 25 minutes for the food to be cooked and ready. I would not recommend this location because of the bad service. Although I will say the chicken alfredo bread bowl from what my son said was very delicious.
Placed order in store. 2 pizzas no sauce on either pizza. Got home with the pizzas and one had sauce. Had to go back. On the way called and let store know i was coming back to have pizza replaced and why. No sorry's no apologies offered. Stood in store being ignored until someone finally asked if i was the return pizza. Said yes and they simply handed me the pizza. Again no sorry or apology or even a compensation was offered.
Pizza was undercooked and it's the second time I was lied to by delivery drivers.The time prior to this order I ordered bbq wings and cheese bread when it arrived I asked the delivery driver if Domino's was still charging a delivery fee, and the driver told me No they were Not. So I gave him a larger tip.(I'm always a generous tipper). Then this weekend I order a pizza for delivery and I find out yes Domino's is charging delivery fees still.I was told by the man on the phone when I called that the driver would be able to break a $ 20 for me when he arrives he tells me he doesn't give change at all so I paid $40 dollars for a dang pizza. I called the store to tell them and they didn't seem care. I live in a 55 plus community so it's senior's on fixed incomes that the drivers are taking advantage of.
This is legit the best Dominos I’ve ever been to! Great service and great food! I would ask to distribute the ingredients on the pizza better. Sometimes center loaded or not enough veggies to cover every piece.
Pizza arrived completely smashed into one side of the box. Delivery driver dropped off and "escaped" surprisingly quickly despite a generous tip, so I should've known something was wrong. I called the store and the manager on duty had all the listening skills and customer care of a robot.I'd avoid this particular location if possible. Receiving a mashed-up pizza from a store with no human response to the mess-up after a 12-hour work day is not something you probably need in your life.
If there was a negative star you would be getting that which is sad because we have always gotten good food and GREAT customer service.The gentleman who delivered our food was FANTASTIC!! BUT my chicken wings were BLOOD RAW. Called to complain and the guy on the phone exact words to me was, "Well if you're not going to eat them I won't make you new ones to replace them." I didn't know what to say to his response other then I would be calling the manager in the morning and he said "Go for it". Very much a rude person you have lost our business for sure and all because of one employee with lousy customer service
We have been Domino’s loyalists for 15 years and have never experienced the quality issues we have from this store recently. Our last two orders had the same issues. It’s almost like they’re trying to cut costs on dough. The hand tossed crusts are so thin in the center that the pizza needs to be eaten with a fork. And somehow even though it’s so thin they can’t seem to get it sliced all the way through. Now we’re moving on and will need to get our pizza delivery elsewhere.
Always pretty friendly. Ordered tonight and took much longer for delivery than they said. Pizza is usually good, but tonight it was average. Very little sauce and seemed like lite cheese. A little disappointed tonight. They usually do better.
This is my favorite dominos. We order fairly often and yeah, sometimes it's not awesome, but the service is always great and I like our rotation of delivery kids. Personable, prompt and sweet.
